Apparatus and method for the transfer of objects, in particular components for inhalers

An apparatus and a method for the transfer of components for inhalers or vaporizers from a loading station in which the components arrive randomly oriented, toward one or more work stations, to which said components are delivered oriented according to a predetermined orientation.

ARTICLE HANDLING DEVICE

An article handling device is provided. In one embodiment, a system for article handling is provided. The system has first and second article handling devices that each have one or more gripping assemblies arranged around their periphery. The gripping assemblies are selectably movable between an open position and a closed position based on the relative position of the first and second article handling devices.

A container clamping and holding arrangement for moving containers, such as bottles, cans, and similar containers, for holding products, such as beverages. The abstract of the disclosure is submitted herewith as required by 37 C.F.R. §1.72(b). As stated in C.F.R. §1.72(b): A brief abstract of the technical disclosure in the specification must commence on a separate sheet, preferably following the claims, under the heading “Abstract of the Disclosure.” The purpose of the abstract is to enable the Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and gist of the technical disclosure. The abstract shall not be used for interpreting the scope of the claims. Therefore, any statements made relating to the abstract are not intended to limit the claims in any manner and should not be interpreted as limiting the claims in any manner.

CONTAINER FINISH GRIPPER
20220048201 · 2022-02-17 ·

A container gripper comprises a housing and a petal assembly configured to be carried in the housing assembly. The petal assembly includes a petal holder and a plurality of circumferentially-spaced rigid articulating petals having upper ends pivotably coupled to the petal holder and lower ends configured to be guided by the lower housing of the housing assembly. The petal assembly further includes a travel brace configured to limit the translation of the petal holder, and a return spring between the travel brace and the petal holder.

SPOUT HOLDING DEVICE, SPOUT SUPPLY MECHANISM, AND SPOUT SEAL MACHINE
20170253357 · 2017-09-07 ·

A spout holding device for holding a spout part having a communication hole, includes an elastic part capable of elastically deforming in a direction orthogonal to a first direction when compressive force or tensile force is applied to the elastic part in the first direction, wherein the elastic part applies elastic force to the spout part in three or more different directions orthogonal to the first direction to hold the spout part.

SOFT GRIP UNIT, GRIP DEVICE COMPRISING SAME, AND DRIVING METHOD OF GRIP DEVICE

In a soft grip unit, a grip device having the soft grip unit, and a driving method of the grip device, the soft grip unit includes a flexible cover, a particle, a negative pressure generator and a flexible supporting part. The flexible cover has a gripping surface on which a target object is attached and a reference surface coupled with the gripping surface. The particle is received by the receiving space, and transformed corresponding to a shape of the target object. The negative pressure generator is connected to the flexible cover. The negative pressure generator absorbs an air of the receiving space to contract the flexible cover. The flexible supporting part is tightly attached to the reference surface, and transformed at the same time when the flexible cover is pressurized and transformed by the target object.

CLAMPS

The present disclosure relates to a clamp (100). The clamp (100) may include a housing (110), a driving mechanism (120), and a clamping jaw assembly (150). The driving mechanism may be disposed in the housing (110). The clamping jaw assembly (150) may be partially disposed outside the housing (110). The clamping jaw assembly (150) may include at least two clamping jaws. The driving mechanism (120) may drive the clamping jaw assembly (150) to move, such that the clamping jaw assembly (150) switches between a first deformation state and a second deformation state. The at least two clamping jaws may be gathered with each other in the first deformation state, and the at least two clamping jaws may be separated from each other in the second deformation state. The clamp may pick up objects within a certain size range, and may also pick up small-sized and densely arranged objects.

Unit for transferring horticultural products, and related method

A unit for transferring horticultural products between at least one tank, in which the horticultural products float on a fluid mass, and at least one collection container, including a head provided with a plurality of walls normally arranged vertically. The head is movable between at least one collection position, in which the walls are interposed between respective horticultural products, which float on the fluid mass at a respective predefined section of the tank, and at least one unloading position, in which the walls face and are proximate to the collection container. In an active configuration, the transverse elements protrude transversely from the space occupation of the walls to ensure mechanical interference with the fall of the horticultural products as a consequence of the subsequent lifting of the head and of its transfer toward said unloading position.

Transfer apparatus of an electronic component

Introduced is a micro-chip gripper comprising: a pin plate of which one surface is coupled to another apparatus; a hole plate of which one surface faces the other surface of the pin plate while being disposed to be spaced apart therefrom by a fixed distance, and which is driven together with the drive of the pin plate, and in which a plurality of holes making a fixed pattern are formed; pins which are inserted into the holes of the hole plate and of which one end part is supported by the pin plate; and an adhesion layer which covers the other surface of the hole plate. Other embodiments are possible.

Picking, placing, and scanning bagged clothing and other articles

A method for picking polybagged articles includes targeting the polybagged article, placing a multistage gripper adjacent the polybagged article, tenting, pressing on, or suspending the polybagged article from the tenting tool, and gathering the polybagged article with a perimeter gripper.
