Product stacking device
09850012 · 2017-12-26 · ·

The invention relates to a product stacking device for forming product stacks (12 a-k) of product groups (14 a-k) consisting of products (16 a-k), which lie flatly and/or are brought into a shingled product arrangement (64 a-k), during a transportation movement (28 a-k). The product stacking device includes at least two stack contact surfaces (20 a-k), which are provided in order to form the product stack (12 a-k) by reducing a spacing (24 a-k) between the stack contact surfaces (20 a-k), the stack contact surfaces lying opposite one another in a product group direction (26 a-k).

Sheet stacking device including turnable anti-slip stopper and post-processing device

A sheet stacking device includes a conveyance part and a stopper. The conveyance part includes a tray and a conveyance member. On the tray, sheet stacks are stacked. The conveyance member conveys the sheet stack on the tray. The stopper is located on a downstream side of the tray and prevents the sheet stack from falling from the tray. The stopper has a main plate and an anti-slip member. The main plate is inclined upward. The main plate has a contact face coming into contact with the sheet stack and a bent face bent downward from a downstream side tip end of the contact face. The anti-slip member is provided from a downstream side end portion of the contact face to the bent face. A frictional coefficient between the anti-slip member and the sheet stack is larger than a frictional coefficient between the sheet stack and the contact face.

A stacker of the disclosure is disposed at an ejection opening of a processing apparatus. A support member of the stacker is movable toward an upstream side and a downstream side in an ejecting direction, receives each of the media ejected through the ejection opening, and supports the medium in such an orientation that the medium is inclined with an end edge of the medium on the downstream side in the ejecting direction positioned above an end edge of the medium on the upstream side in the ejecting direction and that the end edge of the medium on the upstream side in the ejecting direction abuts the stacking surface. A receding mechanism of the stacker causes the support member to recede toward the downstream side. A position maintaining mechanism of the stacker maintains a position of the support member having been moved by the receding mechanism.

A cover device for retaining a plurality of value documents in a compartment space. The cover device comprises a base unit extending in a main longitudinal direction, as well as a retaining element. A coupling element defines a hinge axis that allows the retaining element to pivot relative to the base unit between a closed position and an opened position. The hinge axis is inclined with respect to the main longitudinal direction. The invention further relates to a system and a banknote stacking module.

A money handling device for accepting, storing and dispensing valuable documents in exchange for goods or services includes a validation module (100), a recycler module (200) and a note storage module (300). The validation module determines acceptable and non-acceptable valuable documents, and the storage module stores acceptable valuable documents. The recycler is arranged to dispense a temporarily stored valuable document to the validation module for dispensing as change or to dispense a temporarily stored valuable document to the note storage module.
