Feeding roller structure
A feeding roller structure includes a fastening frame, a transmission component, a transmission roller and a floating coupler. The transmission component is assembled in the fastening frame. The transmission component includes a drive shaft mounted on two sides of the fastening frame. The transmission roller is concentrically arranged around the drive shaft. The floating coupler is mounted to the fastening frame. The floating coupler is coupled between the drive shaft and the transmission roller. Two opposite ends of the floating coupler are adjacent to and spaced from the two sides of the fastening frame to form two gaps. Each gap is formed between one end of the floating coupler and one side of the fastening frame. The two gaps limit an angular displacement of the floating coupler.
Sheet conveying device and image forming apparatus
A sheet conveying device includes a sheet detection unit and a position adjusting mechanism. The position adjusting mechanism is disposed on a downstream side of the sheet detection unit in a sheet conveying direction in the sheet conveying path, includes an adjusting roller pair, and performs skew correction and positional displacement correction of a sheet, while conveying the sheet. The sheet conveying path includes a first conveying roller pair disposed on an upstream side of the position adjusting mechanism in the sheet conveying direction, and a curved part disposed between the adjusting roller pair and the first conveying roller pair, which curves in an S shape so as to be convex in a front and back side direction of the sheet alternately at different positions in the sheet conveying direction. The adjusting roller pair nips and conveys the sheet together with the first conveying roller pair.
FEEDING ROLLER STRUCTURE
A feeding roller structure includes a fastening frame, a transmission component, a transmission roller and a floating coupler. The transmission component is assembled in the fastening frame. The transmission component includes a drive shaft transversely pivoted to two sides of the fastening frame.
PAPER SEPARATION STRUCTURE
A paper separation structure arranged in an office machine, comprising: a separating roller set having a separating roller and a shaft, and a pick roller arranged to correspond to the separating roller set and contacted with the separating roller set, wherein the separating roller has a roller frame, a shaft hole is formed in the roller frame for accommodating the shaft, and a rubber layer connected with the pick roller, the shaft hole has a narrow inner diameter at a middle of the shaft hole and a wide inner diameter at opposite ends of the shaft hole to form two swing spaces between the middle of the shaft hole and opposite ends of the shaft hole, the roller frame and the rubber layer are swung about a joint between the middle of the shaft hole and the shaft.
SHEET CONVEYING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

The adjusting roller pair nips and conveys the sheet together with the first conveying roller pair.
Roll device
A roll device as a spreader roll has a rotating hollow roll tube which at the ends thereof is rotatably mounted by means of bearing ends which are mounted in rotary bearings. The roll device has a tension element which runs so as to be eccentric to the central longitudinal axis of the roll tube through the roll tube and by internal tension toward the ends of the roll tube is impinged by a force with pressure. As a result, the roll tube is capable of being bent by way of an impingement of the tension element with a force, the deflection being transversely away from the longitudinal extent of said roll tube, if the tension element is tensioned in relation to the roll tube in an axial direction.
SHEET TRANSPORT DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet transport device includes: a first transport roller that transports a sheet and that has two first nip parts, which are spaced apart in a sheet width direction and nip portions of the sheet; a second transport roller that transports the sheet, that is disposed upstream of the first transport roller in a sheet transport direction, that has a second nip part, which nips a portion of the sheet at a position different from at least one of the first nip parts in the width direction, and that stops exerting a force that transports the sheet when the sheet has been transferred to the first transport roller; and two tension-applying parts that are provided on the first transport roller, on the outer side of the two first nip parts in the width direction, and that apply, to the sheet, tension pulling the sheet outward in the width direction.
Compact interface module for a printing system
A sheet transfer device for transferring a sheet between two sheet processing devices comprising a switch for directing sheets from a first transport path coming from the first sheet processing device onto a two-way transport path or for directing sheets from the two-way transport path onto a second transport path for feeding sheets to the second sheet processing device. A transport pinch is provided along the two way transport path for reversing a sheet on the two-way transport path. When in use, the two-way transport path extends downward in a vertically extending free-hanging chamber wherein the sheet engaged by the transport pinch is allowed to hang freely under the influence of gravity. Thereby, a compact device is formed which is able to adjust the sheet to a suitable orientation for the second processing device. The device further prevents forces from the first processing device to disrupt the sheet's orientation in the second processing device.
