Fork lift device
To realize a fork lift device capable of contributing to space-saving for an aisle width at a warehouse. A fork lift device according to an embodiment of the present includes: a first fork and a second fork moveable in a lateral direction and a vertical direction with respect to a traveling direction; and an interchanging mechanism configured to interchange vertical positions of the first fork and the second fork.
APPARATUS FOR LOADING AND STORING LARGE BALES
A bale loading apparatus has a base frame mounted to a loader vehicle operative to move the base frame up and down. Right and left fork frames are connected to right and left portions of the base frame by corresponding right and left linkages, and right and left fork pairs extend away from the loader end of the base frame. A right actuator is operative to pivot the right fork pair with respect to the base frame upward and outward to the right of a path of the loader vehicle from a lowered right position to a raised right position, and a left actuator is operative to pivot the left fork pair with respect to the base frame upward and outward to the left of the path of the loader vehicle from a lowered left position to a raised left position.
AUTONOMOUS TRANSPORT VEHICLE
An autonomous transport vehicle includes a frame forming a transport payload area of the vehicle. The payload area includes a payload contact support surface that defines a payload support plane that supports the payload. The payload area further includes an articulated underpick end effector that engages and underpicks the payload with respect to the support plane, and extends and retracts with respect to the payload area effecting payload transfer. Payload registration facets are mounted to the frame to engage the payload. The registration facets are disposed to provide, upon engagement with the payload, at least two degrees of registration capturing and securing the payload in a predetermined position in the payload area, and are configured to effect payload engagement with the at least two degrees of registration registering the payload substantially coincident with seating of the payload on the payload support plane of the payload area.
TOTE MOVER
A tote mover includes a base and a plurality of wheels supporting the base. A backrest is moveable relative to the base. A hook assembly is moveable relative to the backrest between a first rotational position and a second rotational position.
AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLE FOR HANDLING REELS AND RELATED CONTROL METHOD
An automatic guided vehicle for handling reels includes a telescopic upright integral with a vehicle frame bearing a fork carriage provided with at least one pair of forks and connected to the telescopic upright with an equipment. The equipment includes a plurality of actuators and a plurality of sensors, the equipment including a pair of actuators for tilting the fork carriage, an actuator to control the global lateral translation of the fork carriage, at least one pair of actuators for the symmetrical movement of the forks towards and away from each other. Each fork has a substantially rectangular section with a height greater than the base. Opposite facing walls of the forks are flat and can be approached in direct contact with each other, the two coupled forks having bevels along all the four edges facing outwards. Each fork can have a “V” shaped seat on the upper face.
DRIVE DEVICE
The invention relates to a drive unit for a device for lifting and transporting loads, which is attached or to be attached to a further device. A drive device according to the invention for the lateral movement of at least two load lifting elements of a device for lifting and transporting loads for mounting on a movable or stationary device comprises a first drive element and a second drive element, wherein the first load lifting element is movable by the first drive element and the second load lifting element is movable by the second drive element laterally in the axial direction of a first guide profile of the device for lifting and transporting loads, wherein the at least two load lifting elements are supportable by the first guide profile. The two drive elements can be driven by exactly one drive unit, the exactly one drive unit being positioned between the two drive elements.
Synchronized hybrid clamp force controller for lift truck attachment
A hydraulic control circuit operable to selectively hydraulically link first and second hydraulic actuators and to bypass that hydraulic link.
LIFT AND PALLET
A pallet lift includes a pair of outer tines movable between an expanded position spaced outward away from inner tines and a retracted position adjacent the inner tines. The inner and outer tines are supported by wheels at locations spaced away from the lift mechanism. A pallet includes a plurality of nestable feet that open outwardly of the pallet to reduce the footprint. A second pallet includes a side wall extending downward from side edges of the pallet to define an opening adjacent outer feet.
