Capping head for the application of caps on containers or bottles
A capping head for applying caps on containers or bottles and a capping assembly are provided. The capping head comprises a gripping assembly having a hollow body longitudinally extending along a vertical axis and internally defining a seat for the cap, the seat being delimited at its lower end by an inlet mouth for the introduction of the cap. A moving assembly is connected to the gripping assembly for controlling the movements thereof and is hermetically separated therefrom, and an ejector member is housed inside the hollow body of the gripping assembly, in such a manner that it is free to axially slide. The ejector member carries first and second magnetic elements such that a relative axial approach of the second magnetic element towards the first magnetic element results in a translation of the ejector member towards the lower inlet mouth of the gripping assembly.
Gripping assembly for capping head for the application of caps on containers or bottles
A gripping assembly for a capping head for applying caps on containers, as well as a capping head, are provided. The gripping assembly comprises a hollow body longitudinally extending along a vertical axis and internally defining a seat delimited at its lower end by an inlet mouth for the introduction of a cap. An ejector member is housed inside the hollow body such that the ejector member is free to slide axially. The gripping assembly further comprises a suspension member made of magnetic material or magnetizable material, and the ejector member carries a first magnetic element that interacts with the suspension member to determine a suspension condition of the ejector member. The magnetic interaction between the first magnetic element and the suspension member is such that the suspension condition is determined only when the ejector member is brought in close proximity of or, in contact with, the suspension member.
TOOL TO SEAL A BOTTLE NECK BY A STOPPER
The invention is a tool to seal a bottle neck by a stopper where the stopper includes a top protruding part relative to a top surface. The tool includes a body with an inner hollow housing that is complementary in shape relative to the stopper to engage the stopper therein. The housing includes a top wall and a peripheral wall, where the top wall has at least one contact surface with the top surface of the stopper. The top wall includes one or more recesses that are located a border area of the top wall.
A MEASUREMENT ASSEMBLY FOR MEASURING WEAR OF THE SURFACE OF REVOLUTION OF ROTATING MEMBERS, A MACHINE THAT INCORPORATES SAID ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MEASUREMENT
A measurement assembly for measuring wear of the surface of revolution of rotating members is provided. The assembly comprises a support structure, a rod having a first sliding movement along a direction having a rectilinear component with respect to the support structure, a cam guide having a second relative movement with respect to the sliding rod, and at least one roller rotatably fixed to the sliding rod and in rolling contact with a corresponding track of the cam guide. The second relative movement between the cam guide and the sliding rod causes the first movement of the rod along the sliding direction. The measurement assembly may comprise an indicator of the position of the at least one roller along the rectilinear component such that the indicator is capable of generating an electrical signal indicative of the distance between the indicator and the roller.
Test Tube Capping And De-Capping Apparatus
An apparatus for automated capping and de-capping of test tubes having an ejector pin system for individualized cap ejection.
Capping machine
The present invention relates to a capping machine equipped with a plurality of capping heads with roto-translation movement. In particular, the present invention relates to a capping head (1) comprising a supporting structure (2) on which a roto-translation system (3) is mounted, operatively connected to a capping device (4), characterized in that the roto-translation system (3) comprises a linear motor (3a) and a rotary motor (3b) operatively coupled so as to impart a roto-translation motion to the capping device (4) and in that the capping head (1, 201) comprises a suspension system adapted to keep the rotary motor (3b) in a raised position even when the linear motor (3a) is disconnected or electromagnetically decoupled.
Test tube capping and de-capping apparatus
An apparatus (100) for automated capping and de-capping of test tubes (112) having an ejector pin (230) system for individualized cap (113) ejection.
CAPPER/DECAPPER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system and method for gripping, torqueing and releasing an element so as to cap and/or decap a container, such as those typically utilized to house specimens in laboratory environments. The system is driven by a single bi-directional motor linked to a coupler assembly via a rotating threaded shaft. The coupler assembly is configured to engage with an element, such as a cap or container, via mechanically-biased splines that are actuated without any complex linkages, or operative connection to the motor or other powered components. The system employs an ejector nut and an ejector, both of which are concentrically positioned about the threaded shaft. The ejector nut translates along the shaft as a function of the shaft's rotation, so as to permit the retraction of the ejector when an element is engaged in the coupler assembly or cause the ejector to extend into the coupler assembly to disengage the element. The direction and rotation of the motor is controlled by a system coupled to sensors positioned within the system. Such control system may include one or more processors, component interfaces, and data storage/memory. The sensors may include multiple optical, magnetic or mechanical means for monitoring one or more of the positions of the ejector nut and ejector along the threaded shaft, and/or the rotational position of the coupler assembly.

Ejection head for an ejection device of a sealing machine for sealing a container
An ejection head for an ejection device of a sealing machine for sealing a container includes a supporting element with a supporting axis and a sliding end, and a sliding element for sliding the supporting element along a sliding profile of the sealing machine. The sliding element is arranged at the sliding end and a force acting essentially in the direction of the supporting axis is capable of being transmitted via the sliding element to the supporting element. So that the sliding element and the sliding profile are subject to reduced wear, the sliding element is a rotatable rolling element, so that in the operating state the supporting element is capable of being unrolled over the rotatable rolling element along the sliding profile.
