Each of the beverage units includes a respective beverage unit outlet, and a respective support structure supporting beverage and orienting the respective beverage unit outlet. The dispenser includes a refrigerator in which the beverage unit(s) are receivable; a respective inlet, within the refrigerator, for each of the beverage units; at least one a dispensing outlet for dispensing beverage into drinking vessels; one or more fluid paths from the inlet(s) to the dispensing outlet(s); a guide arrangement co-operable with the support structure(s) to guide the beverage unit(s) so that each respective beverage unit outlet co-operates with its respective inlet to form a respective dry break connection through which beverage is conveyable on route to the dispensing outlet(s) via the fluid path(s).
Beverage dispensers with heat exchangers
A method for cooling a mixed beverage formed with one or more beverage components includes circulating a refrigerant through a heat exchanger having a phase change material to cool a beverage component and sensing a temperature of the refrigerant. The method further includes detecting a first instance when the sensed temperature of the refrigerant equals a threshold refrigerant temperature, detecting a second instance when the sensed temperature of the refrigerant equals the threshold refrigerant temperature, and stopping circulation of the refrigerant when the second instance is detected.
Liquid quality managing device and method
A liquid quality management device capable of being added to a liquid supply system supplying a liquid in a storage container to a dispensing device in order to cool the liquid and dispensing the liquid into a drinking container includes: a dispensing sensor; and a control device electrically connected to the dispensing sensor and configured to perform control operation of at least one of a refrigeration machine and a stirring device provided in the dispensing device at the same time when dispensing of the liquid is started.
Unit for dispensing ultra-high gravity beers on draft
A beverage system that produces a beer includes a first source comprising uHGB, a second source including a carbonated and/or nitrogenated water, a first fluid line fluidly coupled to the first source and configured to allow the uHGB to flow from the first source through the first fluid line, a second fluid line fluidly coupled to the second source and configured to allow the water to flow from the second source through the second fluid line, a mixing point, that fluidly couples the first fluid line to the second fluid line, configured to allow the uHGB to blend with the water at the mixing point to produce the beer, first and second one-way valves on either side of the mixing point, and a third fluid line fluidly coupled to the mixing point and configured to allow the beer to flow to a dispensing tap.
Beverage dispensing apparatus
A beverage dispensing apparatus is adapted to mix together a concentrate fluid with a base fluid. In certain implementations, the apparatus includes a cool fluid trunk line carrying the base fluid, a manifold, an in line and an out line extending between the cool fluid trunk and the manifold, a python and a bar gun assembly fluidly connected to the downstream side of the manifold by a plurality of conduits contained in the python, the apparatus including a recirculation channel having an inlet port and an outlet port, wherein the inlet and outlet ports of the recirculation channel are fluidly connected to respective in and out conduits in the python, the said in and out conduits being fluidly connected respectively to the in line and the out line of the cool fluid trunk line via the manifold. The beverage dispensing apparatus may further include a plurality of product lines, a mixing device, and a dispensing outlet, wherein at least one of the product lines is fluidly connected to a source of concentrate and at least one of the product lines is fluidly connected to a source of base fluid.
DISPENSING HEAD COOLING SYSTEM
An apparatus for cooling a liquid being dispensed through a dispensing tower includes a replaceable cooling shank that sealingly engages a delivery nipple with one or more internally mounted annular seals. The replaceable cooling shank facilitates quick and cost efficient maintenance of the dispensing tower when the annular seals become worn.
COOLED BEVERAGE DISPENSING ASSEMBLY, TAP AND METHOD THEREFOR
Beverage dispensing assembly 1 comprising a tapping column 2 and a tap 3 connected to the tapping column at a first end 4 thereof, wherein the tapping column 2 comprises a first 5 and a second 6 channel, in fluid communication near the tap, and a beverage line 8 extending through one of the first 5 and second 6 channels and connected to the tap 3, wherein the assembly 1 comprises a first part 9 and a second part 10 for connecting the tap 3 to the column 2, the second part 10 at least partly surrounding the first part 9, wherein the first part 9 is made of a first material and the second part is made of a second material, the second material having a heat conductivity which is higher than the heat conductivity of the first material, wherein the beverage line 8 is connected to the first part 9 and the second part 10 extends into and/or forms part of a wall of a chamber 7 into which the first 5 and second 6 channel open, forming the fluid connection.
BEVERAGE DISPENSE SYSTEMS AND BEVERAGE COOLERS
Cooler control system for a beverage dispense system 1 having a beverage line (2) extending from a beverage source to a dispense site via a cooler (6). The cooler control system comprises: a controller (51) for adjusting the cooling of the beverage line; a flow rate sensor (41) measuring the flow rate in the beverage line, a temperature sensor (40); and an electronic control unit (31) for receiving a signal from the temperature sensor and/or the flow rate sensor and sending a signal to said controller. Cooler monitoring system comprising: at least one sensor (45) for monitoring energy consumption of the cooler (6); and an electronic control unit for receiving a signal from the at least one energy consumption sensor and for sending a signal to a remote location when energy consumption increases above a predetermined maximum value.
