Modified epoxy resin immobilized enzyme, preparation method therefor and application thereof
Disclosed are a modified epoxy resin immobilized enzyme, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. Herein, the preparation method includes the following steps: modifying an epoxy resin, adding a polyethyleneimine to a modified epoxy resin for further modification, and then adding an enzyme to be immobilized and a glutaraldehyde for immobilization, to obtain the modified epoxy resin immobilized enzyme. The epoxy resin is modified, the polyethyleneimine is added to the modified epoxy resin for the further modification, and an aldehyde group in the resin and an amino group in the polyethyleneimine are covalently bound to each enzyme, then it is activated by the bifunctional reagent glutaraldehyde.

Provided are a sizing agent coated carbon fiber bundle that has excellent mechanical characteristics when used as a carbon fiber reinforced composite material, as well as excellent ease of handling; a method for manufacturing the same; and a prepreg and carbon fiber reinforced composite material of excellent mechanical characteristics, employing the fiber bundle. The carbon fiber bundle is coated with a sizing agent that includes a polyether aliphatic epoxy compound having two or more epoxy groups per molecule and/or a polyol aliphatic epoxy compound or a non-water-soluble compound having a glass transition temperature of −100-50° C., wherein the sizing agent coated carbon fiber bundle is characterized in that the flatness ratio (width/thickness) of the carbon fiber bundle cross section is 10-150, and a two edge part/center part sizing agent deposition ratio, obtained by dividing the carbon fiber bundle in the width direction along the fiber direction into three equal parts by mass, and computing the ratio from the ratio of the mass of the sizing agent to the mass of the carbon fiber bundle in the center part and in both end parts, is 1.05-1.5.

A degradation method of thermosetting resin is provided. The method includes the following steps, for example, a first resin composition is provided. The resin in the first resin composition includes a carbon-nitrogen bond, an ether bond, an ester bond or a combination thereof. The first resin composition and a catalyst composition are mixed to perform a degradation reaction to form a second resin composition. The catalyst composition includes a transition metal compound and a group IIIA metal compound. The second resin composition includes a resin monomer or an oligomer thereof having functional groups. The functional group includes an amine group, a hydroxyl group, an ester group, an acid group or a combination thereof. A catalyst composition used in the degradation method and a resin composition obtained by the degradation method are also provided.
