SOLID POLYMER COMPOSITION, A SELF-SUPPORTING FILM AND A LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE
The invention refers in a first aspect to a solid polymer composition (100) comprising green luminescent crystals (1), non-perovskite red phosphor particles, and a polymer (3). The polymer (3) has a molar ratio of the sum of (oxygen+nitrogen) to carbon z, wherein z≤0.9, z≤0.75 in particular z≤0.4, in particular z≤0.3, in particular z≤0.25. A second aspect of the invention refers to a self-supporting film comprising the solid polymer composition (100) of the first aspect. A third aspect of the invention refers to a light emitting device comprising either the solid polymer composition (100) according to the first aspect of the invention or the self-supporting film according to the second aspect of the invention.

A sensitized composite scintillator which optionally interacts with ionizing radiation is provided having a vitreous or plastic matrix in which there are incorporated perovskite nanostructures which sensitize light emitters.
Perovskite film, method for producing the same, light-emitting device and solar cell
Stable perovskite films having substantially-no phase transition within a predetermined temperature range are disclosed. In the films, formation of carrier traps is suppressed. Thermally stable perovskite solar cells and light-emitting devices using the films are also disclosed.
Perovskite polymer composite
Disclosed herein is a polymeric film, the film comprising a polymeric matrix material, a plurality of perovskite nanocrystals and/or aggregates of perovskite nanocrystals dispersed throughout the polymeric matrix material. There is also disclosed a perovskite polymer resin composition, a perovskite-polymer resin composition, a perovskite ink and a method of forming a luminescent film using any one of the compositions or ink. Preferably, the perovskite material is a lead halide perovskite containing a cation selected from Cs, an alkylammonium ion, or a formamidinium ion. The polymeric matrix is preferably formed from monomers comprising a vinyl or an acrylate group.
Radiation-emitting optoelectronic component
A radiation-emitting optoelectronic component may include a semiconductor chip or a semiconductor laser which, in operation of the component, emits a primary radiation in the UV region or in the blue region of the electromagnetic spectrum. The optoelectronic component may further include a conversion element comprising a first phosphor configured to convert the primary radiation at least partly to a first secondary radiation having a peak wavelength in the green region of the electromagnetic spectrum between 475 nm and 500 nm inclusive. The first phosphor may be or include BaSi.sub.4Al.sub.3N.sub.9, SrSiAl.sub.2O.sub.3N.sub.2, BaSi.sub.2N.sub.2O.sub.2, ALi.sub.3XO.sub.4, M*.sub.(1−x*−y*−z*) Z*.sub.z*[A*.sub.a*B*.sub.b*C*.sub.c*D*.sub.d*E*.sub.e*N.sub.4-n*O.sub.n*], and combinations thereof.
LUMINESCENT CRYSTALS AND MANUFACTURING THEREOF
The present invention relates to the field of luminescent crystals (LCs), and more specifically to Quantum Dots (QDs) of formula A.sup.1.sub.aM.sup.2.sub.bX.sub.c, wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. The invention provides methods of manufacturing such luminescent crystals, particularly by dispersing suitable starting materials in the presence of a liquid and by the aid of milling balls; to compositions comprising luminescent crystals and to electronic devices, decorative coatings; and to components comprising luminescent crystals.

A photoelectronic device includes an active layer containing inorganic particles, and an oxide semiconductor layer containing zinc (Zn), silicon (Si), and oxygen (O), where the oxide semiconductor layer and the active layer are stacked layers. The photoelectronic device further includes a multilayer transparent electrode over or under the active layer, wherein the oxide semiconductor layer serves as a part of the multilayer transparent electrode.
LUMINOPHORE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LUMINOPHORE AND RADIATION-EMITTING COMPONENT
A luminophore may have the general formula A.sub.zE.sub.eX.sub.6:RE, where A is selected from bivalent elements, E is selected from tetravalent elements, X is selected from monovalent elements, and RE is selected from activator elements. In addition, 0.9≤z≤1.1, and 0.9≤e≤1.1. A method for producing such a luminophore is also disclosed. A radiation-emitting component may further include the luminophore.
Perovskite-based nanocrystal scintillators
A nanocrystal scintillator that contains a thin-film layer of perovskite-based quantum dots coated on a substrate layer. The quantum dots each have a formula of CsPbX.sub.aY.sub.3-a, CH.sub.3NH.sub.3PbX.sub.3, or NH.sub.2CH═NH.sub.2PbX.sub.3, in which each of X and Y, independently, is Cl, Br, or I, and a is 0-3. The substrate layer is an aluminum substrate, a fluoropolymer substrate, a fiber optic plate, a ceramic substrate, or a rubber substrate. Also disclosed are an ionizing radiation detector and an ionizing radiation imaging system containing such a nanocrystal scintillator.
