METHOD AND DEVICE OF DYNAMICALLY CONFIGURING LINEAR DENSITY AND BLENDING RATIO OF YARN BY TWO-INGREDIENT ASYNCHRONOUS/SYNCHRONOUS DRAFTED
The invention discloses a method of dynamically configuring linear density and blending ratio of yarn by two-ingredient asynchronous/synchronous drafted, comprising: a drafting and twisting system, which includes a first stage drafting unit, a successive second stage drafting unit and an integrating and twisting unit. The first stage drafting unit includes a combination of back rollers and a middle roller. The second stage drafting unit includes a front roller and the middle roller. Blending proportion and linear densities of the two ingredients are dynamically adjusted by the first stage asynchronous drafting mechanism, and reference linear density is adjusted by the second stage synchronous drafting mechanism. The invention can not only accurately control linear density change, but also accurately control color change of the yarn. Further, the rotation rate of the middle roller is constant, ensuring a reproducibility of the patterns and colors of the yarn with a changing linear density.

DRAFTING SYSTEM UNIT HAVING A WEIGHTING ARM AND A WEIGHTING ARM FOR A DRAFTING SYSTEM UNIT
Drafting system unit having a weighting arm and to a weighting arm for a drafting system unit for drafting a fiber band at a workstation of a textile machine, said weighting arm having a support arm and a top roller body, which is detachably mounted on a retaining device connected to the support arm. In order to provide a drafting system having a weighting arm and to provide a weighting arm for a drafting system unit for drafting a fiber band at a workstation of a textile machine, which drafting system and weighting arm can, in a user-friendly manner, be inspected, repaired and/or adapted to the fiber band material to be drafted and allow the top roller bodies to be easily replaced, there is provision for the top roller body to have an actuation section, which protrudes beyond the support arm in longitudinal axis direction of the top roller body.

APRON DRAFTING SYSTEMS
An apron drafting system for a spinning machine, in particular an air spinning machine, with a bottom apron guided over a drivable bottom roller, the bottom apron being supported in the area of a drawing zone, in particular a main drawing zone, by a sliding section of an apron bridge. In order to provide an apron drafting system in which reliable guidance of the bottom apron is ensured while maintaining a high drive power, there is provision for the apron bridge for guiding the bottom apron to have a line section with guiding means for lateral guidance of the bottom apron circulating around the apron bridge.

TENSIONING DEVICE AND SPINNING MACHINE
A tensioning device for a spinning unit and/or stretching device. The tensioning device includes at least one roller, at least one belt, and at least one tension rod. The tensioning device can be transferred from a functional state into a non-functional state. The functional state is designed for positioning position the at least one roller in that the belt is designed and arranged for exerting a tension on the roller, in that the belt is further designed and arranged for running around a section of the roller and a section of the tension rod such that a tension is transferred from the tension rod onto the roller via the belt. In the non-functional state, the tensioning device is designed and configured such as to move the tension rod via tension on the belt, for removing the belt from the tension rod.
