Method and apparatus for washing machine dehydration, and washing machine
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for washing machine dehydration, and a washing machine. The method includes: step 1, detecting a current eccentricity value to serve as a first eccentricity value, and determining a first dehydration rotational speed value corresponding to the first eccentricity value; step 2, performing a corresponding dehydration operation; step 3, detecting another current eccentricity value to serve as a second eccentricity value, and determining a second dehydration rotational speed value corresponding to the second eccentricity value; step 4, if the second eccentricity value is smaller than the first eccentricity value, performing a corresponding dehydration operation, assigning the value of the second eccentricity value to the first eccentricity value and then performing the step 3; and step 5, if the second eccentricity value is greater than or equal to the first eccentricity value, performing a leveling operation, and then performing the step 3.
Method and apparatus for cleaning laundry
A method for controlling a laundry washing machine. The method includes: performing a tub loading process comprising operating supply valve(s) to provide a first volume of water through a detergent supply system and into a tub to fill the tub with wash liquid; performing a washing process comprising rotating a drum to agitate laundry in in the presence of the wash liquid; performing a static rinsing process comprising operating a pump to remove any free volume of wash liquid from the tub without rotating the drum; and performing one or more rinsing processes comprising: operating the supply valve(s) to provide a volume of clean rinse water to the tub, operating the pump to remove the rinse water from the drum, and operating the motor to spin the drum at high speed to extract rinse water from the laundry, while continuing to operate the pump.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLEANING LAUNDRY
A method for controlling a laundry washing machine. The method includes: performing a tub loading process comprising operating supply valve(s) to provide a first volume of water through a detergent supply system and into a tub to fill the tub with wash liquid; performing a washing process comprising rotating a drum to agitate laundry in in the presence of the wash liquid; performing a static rinsing process comprising operating a pump to remove a free volume of wash liquid from the tub without rotating the drum; and performing one or more rinsing processes comprising: operating the supply valve(s) to provide a volume of clean rinse water to the tub, operating the pump to remove the rinse water from the drum, and operating the motor to spin the drum at high speed to extract rinse water from the laundry, while continuing to operate the pump.
Clothes treatment apparatus and a method for controlling a clothes treatment apparatus
A clothes treatment apparatus and a method for controlling a clothes treatment apparatus are provided. The method may include feeding heated hot air to clothes or other items received in a drum, and dehydrating the clothes or other items by performing a first rotation cycle for rotating the drum at a first RPM for a predetermined period of time. The first RPM may be a RPM that allows a centrifugal force applied to the clothes or other items during rotation of the drum to exceed gravity.
Method for controlling spin-drying cycle of laundry treatment machine
Disclosed is a method for controlling a spin-drying cycle of a laundry treatment machine. The method includes performing a plurality of spin-drying operations by rotating a drum above an adjusted rotational speed range configured to adjust disposition of balls within a ball balancer so as to correspond to a changed amount of eccentricity, and adjusting the disposition of the balls within the ball balancer by rotating the drum within the adjusted rotational speed range, between the respective spin-drying operations.
Washing method and washing machine
Provided are a washing method and washing machine. In the washing method, an eco-rinsing process where a drum rotates in a state where at least a portion of laundry is pressed against the inner wall of the drum and wash water is sprayed into the drum is performed. A spinning process where the spraying of the wash water is stopped and the wash water is removed from the laundry by accelerating the drum is performed. Here, at least a portion of the laundry remains pressed against the wall of the drum in the eco-rinsing process and the spinning process.
Washing Machine and Method of Operation
A washing machine has a rotatable drum for receiving items to be washed and a tub in which the drum is mounted for rotation. A first water sensor is located at or towards the bottom of the tub and is arranged to measure the level of water collected at the bottom of the tub. A second water sensor is located at a part of the tub away from the first water sensor and measures the amount of water being thrown out of the drum as the drum rotates. The drum is rotated in accordance with a difference of the outputs of the sensors.
Washing machine and method for controlling washing machine
A washing machine is disclosed. The present washing machine comprises: a motor for driving a spin-dry tub such that a maximum rotational speed of the spin-dry tub has a preset value during spin-drying; and a processor for acquiring dry clothes weight and wet clothes weight of laundry put into the spin-dry tub, determining whether the washing machine is overloaded in the spin-drying on the basis of the acquired dry clothes weight and wet clothes weight, and controlling driving of the motor such that the maximum rotational speed of the motor is a value less than the preset value during the spin-drying, if the washing machine is determined to be overloaded.
Laundry treating appliance and method of operation
A laundry treating appliance and method of operating a laundry treating appliance that includes wetting the laundry load in a drum according to a selected cycle of operation and determining a magnitude of imbalance of the wetted laundry load. A controller of the laundry treating appliance is configured to determine a first extraction speed for rotating the drum based on the magnitude of imbalance.
Drain pump for washing machine appliance
A washing machine appliance and pumps therefore are provided. In one example aspect, a drain pump for a washing machine appliance includes features for improving pump performance and sand and debris management. The drain pump includes a pump housing and a pump body defining a pump chamber in which an impeller having a disk and blades is rotatably mounted. The pump body has a base defining a pump body recess. An outer rim of the base defines an outer periphery of the pump body recess. The disk is spaced from the outer rim so that sand and debris can be flushed from beneath the impeller. A sloped surface of the outer rim also facilitates removal of sand and debris from beneath the impeller. A labyrinth is defined beneath blades of the impeller to prevent sand and debris from entering an area between a seal and a shaft of the impeller.
