Artificial leather and method for producing the same
The present invention relates to an artificial leather and a method for producing the same. The artificial leather includes a substrate, a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber adhesive layer, a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber layer, a paste layer, and a surface layer. The paste layer has a thermosetting paste or a high solid-content paste, and the paste has a specific adhesive temperature. A bonding can be performed at low temperature in the method for producing the same, and the artificial leather made by the method for producing the same has excellent hand feeling and/or smoothness.
Grained artificial leather and method for manufacturing grained artificial leather
Disclosed is a grain-finished artificial leather including an artificial leather base material, and a grain layer stacked on the artificial leather base material. The artificial leather base material includes a fiber-entangled body including ultrafine fibers having an average fineness of 0.4 dtex or less, an elastic polymer, and fine particles having an average particle size of 10 μm or less. The content ratio of the fine particles is 10 to 40 mass %, and the ratio of the elastic polymer to the total amount of the elastic polymer and the fine particles is 20 to 80 mass %. Also, a total of an apparent density of the elastic polymer and an apparent density of the fine particles is 0.23 to 0.55 g/cm.sup.3.
ECO-FRIENDLY AUTOMOTIVE INTERIOR PART AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
Proposed are an eco-friendly automotive interior part, a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of designing the same automotive interior part. The automotive interior part can not only optimally correct physical properties thereof using manufacturing and design methods, but also have eco-friendliness by significantly reducing harmfulness to the human body due to the minimized use of chemicals, while realizing natural wrinkles resembling those of natural leather.
METHOD OF PRODUCING A SUPPORT FOR POLYURETHANE-BASED IMITATION LEATHER FREE OF DIMETHYLFORMAMIDE (DMFA) OR OTHER SOLVENTS OR WATER, AND RELATED METHOD OF PRODUCING AN IMITATION LEATHER
A method for producing a support for polyurethane-based imitation leather free of dimethylformamide or other solvents or water involves preparing a base. A two-component polyurethane layer is sprayed on the base which includes preparing a first component and a second component. The first and second components are combined to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is sprayed uniformly on the base forming the polyurethane layer. A backing is applied on the two-component polyurethane layer forming a support and the support is dried.
Method for the Production of a Microporous Polymer Coated Fabric
The present inventions relates to a low solvent based method for the production of a microporous polymer coated fibrous fabric, comprising the steps of contacting the fabric with a composition dispersed in an aqueous medium thereby coating the fabric with the composition, and contacting the coated with a coagulation solution and drying of the fabric, crosslinking the polymer resin. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a cleaning cloth comprising a microporous polymer coating obtained by the method.
PROCESS OF PREPARING A DYED FABRIC INCLUDING A BACTERIAL BIOPOLYMER AND HAVING UNIQUE APPEARANCE
The present invention provides a process for the production of a fabric having a unique appearance and the fabric so obtained. Also provided is the clothing articles, i.e. garments, including the fabric. More particularly, the present invention relates to a process for producing a woven fabric having a unique, e.g. “used” (i.e. worn-out) or “multi-shaded” appearance and the process includes a step of providing a woven fabric with a layer of bacterial biopolymer, dyeing at least part of the fabric together with the biopolymer layer, and then removing at least part of the bacterial biopolymer layer from the fabric.
Shoe with knitted outer sole
Described are shoes, particularly a sports shoe, having an upper and at least one of an outer sole and a midsole connected to the upper. As examples, the outer sole is knitted in a unitary fashion with the upper. As further examples, an insert is positioned within the one-piece knitwear, wherein the insert comprises a profile that increases traction of the outer sole.
COMPOSITE SKIN MATERIAL FOR VEHICLE
A composite skin material for a vehicle includes a fibrous substrate, a polyurethane resin layer provided on the front side of the fibrous substrate, and a woven fabric adhered to the back side of the fibrous substrate through an adhesive layer comprising a polyurethane resin. Openings penetrating the fibrous substrate from the front of the polyurethane resin layer are provided in the composite skin material, and an opening ratio on the front of the polyurethane resin layer is 1 to 15%. The woven fabric has a warp density of 25 to 50 yarns/25.4 mm and a weft density of 30 to 50 yarns/25.4 mm, and the mass per unit area of the adhesive layer is 15 to 100 g/m.sup.2. The composite skin material has air permeability of 5 to 100 cm.sup.3/cm.sup.2.Math.s, tear strength of 20 to 150N, and tensile strength of 50 N/cm or more.
Composite fabric comprising a bacterial biopolymer layer
Provided is a composite fabric having a base fabric and at least one bacterial biopolymer layer. The base fabric is a woven fabric, and includes warp yarns and weft yarns. At least a first plurality of warp yarns and a first plurality of weft yarns form a base layer of the base fabric. A second plurality of warp yarns and/or a second plurality of weft yarns forms an additional layer of loop portions on at least one of the sides of the base fabric. The bacterial biopolymer layer is provided at least on part of the additional layer. Further provided is a process for the production of the composite fabric and a clothing article formed of the composite fabric.
