CONTROL DEVICE, CONTROL SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD, AND ROAD SURFACE DRIVE DEVICE
A control device outputs control information to a sidewalk configured such that an inclination of a road surface is changeable. When the control device detects a wheelchair waiting on the sidewalk for crossing a road, the control device outputs, as the control information, information of instruction to reduce the inclination of the road surface of the sidewalk.
KERB BARRIER
A kerb barrier includes: a first barrier member having a length, the first barrier defining a cavity; and a second barrier member in the cavity of the first barrier that extends substantially along the length of the first barrier member, wherein a base of the second barrier member is fixable to a base of the first barrier member, wherein, upon side impact, a region of the first barrier member is configured to bend relative to the second barrier member about a first bending point defined by the first barrier member, wherein the first barrier member is configured to act on the second barrier member such that the region of the first barrier member and a region of the second barrier member are configured to bend about a second bending point defined by the second barrier member, wherein the second bending point is spaced apart from the first bending point.
Deformable curb barrier
WRAP, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR THE REPAIR OF GAS STATION FUEL PUMP ISLANDS AND THE LIKE
A method for repairing a damaged band of a fuel pump island, comprising: selecting among preformed band pieces to form a replacement band system for the fuel pump island, wherein the preformed band pieces include one or more of a straight band piece for covering a straight portion of a vertical wall of the fuel pump island, an outside corner band piece for covering an outside corner portion of the vertical wall of the fuel pump island, and an inside corner band piece for covering an inside corner portion of the vertical wall of the fuel pump island; preparing the fuel pump island by removing debris from the vertical wall and a top surface of the fuel pump island; installing the replacement band system over the damaged band of the fuel pump island by attaching respective wall portions of the preformed band pieces to the vertical wall of the fuel pump island; and, finishing a top surface of the fuel pump island to at least a height that is level with top surfaces of respective flange portions of the preformed band pieces.
RAMP-RESISTANCE BEAM FOR DELIMITING A LENGTH OF A FORMED ROAD SURFACE AND THE USE OF THE RAMP-RESISTANCE BEAM
A ramp-resistance beam for delimiting a length of a formed road surface, transversely across the road surface, provided with a rear vertical wall for delimiting the front end vertical periphery of the road surface, and with an opposite front part of the beam having a sloped wall that defines a ramp of the beam. The ramp-resistance beam consists of a longitudinal base plate (1) and, optionally, of at least one overlay plate (1a, 1b) stacked onto the base plate (1), the base plate (1) and the overlay plate(s) (1a, 1b), if present, having, approximately, a right trapezoidal cross-section, and, moreover, the base plate (1) consists of rectangular serially arranged segments (8, 9), the side walls (7) of which are adjacent to each other and are fastened to each other by means of separable horizontal joints (11, 16, 19).
SYSTEM FOR CONVERTING EXISTING RAILROAD TRACKS TO TRAILS
A trail mat system having a mat extending between and on top of a pair of railroad track rails; at least one rail clamp section disposed on a bottom side of the mat including a rail cavity for receiving at least a portion of the rails; at least one clamp arm included in the rail clamp section engaging one of the rails; and, a securing fastener operatively associated with the at least one clamp arm to bias the clamp arm against the rail to prevent separation of the mat from the rails; whereby the mat is configured to be placed over and removably secured to the rails to provide a trail surface overtop the rails without removing the rails or other elements of the railroad track.
E-Track Curb Ramp Device
The present invention relates to a curb ramp that is designed to be mounted on an e-track for storage. The curb ramp has mounting hardware that is attached to the sides of the ramp and includes a pair of straps with e-track clips. The e-track clips are removably fastened in grooves of the e-track for hanging the curb ramp. The straps are fastened to the side edges of the ramp using fastening means including a hex bolt, a plurality of flat washers, and a hex nut such that the strap is securely fastened to the ramp. In use, the e-track clips being engaged to the e-track allows the curb ramp to hang therefrom in order to prevent loose storage of the ramp in a truck, trailer, or other storage area when not in use.
Plastic paver blocks
A plastic patio paver block comprises a top panel, a sidewall depending downwardly from a periphery of the top panel, a plurality of internal support members that depend downwardly from an inner face of the top panel and that are spaced inwardly from the sidewall, a plurality of drainage openings provided in the top panel, and a granular UV resistant material embedded into an upwardly facing plastic face of the top panel, wherein a portion of the granular UV resistant material is partially embedded in the upwardly facing plastic face.
Patio blocks with edge blocks
A kit including a plurality of interior paving blocks and a plurality of edge paving blocks.
Prefabricated mold for constructing curbs
A prefabricated form for use in constructing a casting cured concrete curb having a plurality of engaging pieces in which adjacent engaging pieces are abutted. Each of the engaging pieces has a fixing rod insertion hole formed therein. A plurality of spacer insertion holes are formed longitudinally and aligned respectively with the fixing rod insertion holes. The plurality of plate-shaped lower spacers are received respectively of the plurality of spacer insertion holes. Fixing rods are respectively inserted into the fixing rod insertion hole so as to engage the plate-shaped lower spacers. A plurality of upper spacers are engaged with the upper ends of the fixing rods so as to fix the engaging pieces in spaced relation to each other.
