Salt, sand, and ice melt spreader system
A system for spreading material on a surface comprises a housing having a closed bottom and an open top to allow the material to be loaded into the housing and to store the material. A pair of interior walls are spaced from one another and extend between a first end of the housing and a second end of the housing. A dispenser is selectively coupled to the housing via an interlocking connection between the housing and the dispenser to allow the dispenser to be removed from the housing to define a disassembled position and to be attached to the housing to define an assembled position. The interlocking connection is formed by a sliding connection between the housing and the dispenser adjacent the first end.
Apparatus for distributing cement
There is a hopper having a substantially closed interior space that is configured to receive a binder, a fill assembly that is configured to be in fluid communication with the interior space of the hopper, and an exit port. Secured to the hopper is a base with at least one carrier. A pneumatic pump is secured to the hopper. An ingress pipe is secured to be in fluid communication with the pneumatic pump. A valve housing is secured to the ingress pipe and the exit port of the hopper. A valve is secured within the valve housing. An egress pipe is secured to the valve housing, and a spreader bar is secured to the egress pipe.
Dry-bulk tanker, conveying system for a dry-bulk tanker, work train and method for conveying binding agents for a work train
A dry-bulk tanker for the provision of binding agent for soil stabilization for a spreading device, comprising a storage container (10) for binding agent. An intermediate chamber (20) is connected to the storage container and is also connected to a compression chamber (40). A conveying device (22) for conveying of binding agent into the compression chamber (40) is arranged in the intermediate chamber (20). A conveying channel (44) is connected to the compression chamber (40). The conveying channel (44) can be connected to a spreading device (58). Furthermore, a pneumatic line (46) for feeding of conveying compressed air is connected to the compression chamber (40) and/or the conveying channel (44).
GLASS FIBER FOR ROAD REINFORCEMENT
A device for producing and applying a fibrous reinforcement material, such as a texturized strand material, as well as systems for and methods of reinforcing a road using the fibrous reinforcement material, are disclosed.
Dry-bulk tanker, conveying system for a dry-bulk tanker, as well as work train
A dry-bulk tanker for the provision of binding agents for soil stabilization for a spreading device comprises a storage container (10) for binding agent. A mechanical conveying device (18) for conveying binding agents from the storage container (10) into an intermediate chamber (20) is connected to the storage container (10). A pneumatic conveying device (36) for conveying the binding agent to the spreading device is connected to the intermediate chamber (20). A pressure relief device (40, 41) is connected to the mechanical conveying device in order to avoid the entry of compressed air into the storage container (10). The invention furthermore relates to a conveying system for a dry-bulk tanker and to a work train for working soils with a self-propelled ground working machine and a dry-bulk tanker.

Mulch blower truck conversion
A conversion is provided to adapt a salt truck spreading apparatus to a mulch blowing delivery system by replacing a centrifugal spreader with an air lock and blower while providing means to address clogs in the feeding of mulch.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DISTRIBUTING CEMENT
A method is provided. First and second carriers of a base are engaged with first and second tines of a fork of a loader, and the distribution box is lifted. A pneumatic pump is actuated with a hydraulic motor, and air is moved from the pneumatic pump through an ingress pipe to a valve housing and from the valve to a spreader bar through an egress pipe. A valve is actuated so as to mix the binder exiting the hopper with the air. The loader is moved along an unfinished surface while distributing the binder through the spreader bar onto the unfinished surface.
