Automatic control mode system for heavy machinery

An automatic control mode system for heavy machinery and a method for controlling heavy machinery for an automatic control mode is disclosed. The method may include: monitoring one or more conditions of one or more systems of the heavy machinery for the automatic control mode; determining whether at least one of the one or more conditions is met; and disabling the automatic control mode if at least one of the one or more conditions are met.

Methods for controlling the traveling operation of a self-propelled ground compaction machine with the aid of a control unit which provides travel control signals to a travel drive system of the ground compaction machine. The ground compaction machine may alternatively be operated in an operator mode in which travel specifications specified by an operator via a manually operable input device are transmitted to the control unit and are transmitted by the latter in the form of travel control signals to the travel drive system of the ground compaction machine. A ground compaction machine, in particular a vibratory plate or a trench roller.

CORDLESS ELECTRICALLY-POWERED CONCRETE SCREED

A power unit is configured for use as part of a concrete screed and includes a frame and a powered drive. The frame includes a drive housing. The powered drive is operably supported by the drive housing and is configured to rotate a rotatable concrete forming drum. The powered drive includes an electric motor and a battery operably coupled to the electric motor and configured to power the electric motor. The powered drive includes a drive shaft drivingly connectable relative to the drum, with rotation of the drive shaft causing corresponding rotation of the drum.

Power head for powered concrete roller screed

A power head for a powered concrete roller screed includes a handle and a driver housing at a distal end of the handle. A cordless, battery-operated driver is received in the driver housing. A head actuator includes a translatable link extending along the handle and an eccentric cam. The eccentric cam is operatively connected to the translatable link within the drive housing such that translation of the translation link imparts rotation of the eccentric cam about a rotational axis of the eccentric cam to an actuated position. The eccentric cam is adjacent a trigger of a cordless, battery-operated driver and is configured to depress the trigger when the eccentric cam is rotated about its rotational axis to the actuated position.

A processing apparatus is used for surface treatment of undried concrete. The processing apparatus comprises a main body portion placed on the undried concrete; a first roller provided on a bottom portion of the main body portion; a second roller provided on a back side of the first roller on the bottom portion and arranged in parallel to the first roller; a driving portion mounted on the main body portion and configured to give a rotational driving force to the first roller and the second roller; and a handle portion protruded forward from the main body portion to be held by an operator who stands in front of the main body portion. The first roller and the second roller are configured to idle in such a state that the first roller and the second roller come into contact with a surface of the undried concrete by the rotational driving force of the driving portion, when the operator holds the handle portion to move the main body portion forward.

Modular concrete screed system

A concrete screed assembly broadly includes a plurality of elongated drum sections. The drum sections are interchangeably interconnectable in an end-to-end relationship to cooperatively form a rotatable concrete screed drum that is selectively variable depending on the drum sections interconnected to form the drum. The drum sections each present a concrete-forming outer surface configured to engage concrete as the drum is rotated. The drum sections each include opposite connection ends.
