Quick Coupler
A quick coupler for coupling a tool such as an excavator bucket, a clamshell grapple or demolition shears to a tool operator such as an excavator arm or the like. The quick coupler including a coupling mount for receiving a first locking part and a locking mount for receiving a second locking part, wherein a locking element for locking the second locking part in the locking mount is at least associated with the locking mount, with the locking element being actuable by an adjustment actuator. The quick coupler can be electrically controllable, with the quick coupler having an electric drive for actuating the adjustment actuator for the locking element.
QUICK COUPLER
A coupler for securing an attachment to an earth working machine. The coupler comprises a coupler body that presents a receptacle having a capture region. A pin of an attachment can move into and out of the capture region. A retainer can capture the pin in the capture region but the retainer can be moved by a hydraulically driven driver to a position to allow release the pin from the capture region. A trigger that the pin will strike when the pin moves into or out of the capture region, decouples the driver from the retainer and the retainer is then allowed to be biased back to its retaining position by a spring.
Device for automatic connection between a tool and a tool holder of a construction or public works machine
The automatic connection device includes a fixed connection plate, that is attached to or integrated with the tool holder and stationary relative to same, a movable connection plate, that is mounted movably on the tool so as to be able to both pivot and slide relative to same, and a centering device provided on the tool holder and the tool such that, when said tool is mounted and assembled mechanically on the tool holder, the connection plates are mutually centered and the electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic couplers of same are mutually connected so as to connect at least one of the electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic networks of the tool to that of the tool holder.

PIN GRABBER COUPLER
A pin grabber coupler and method for locking and unlocking a tool to a machine is disclosed. The pin grabber coupler may comprise a tertiary lock configured to pivot between an unlocked TL position and a locked TL position. The tertiary lock may include a first and second shoulders, a leg, a tab, a latch, a bias member and a detent. The bias member may be configured to exert a biasing force on the tertiary lock to urge the tertiary lock to the locked TL position. The detent may be configured to exert, when in a hold position, a holding force against the latch that is greater than the biasing force exerted by the bias member. When the detent is in a release position, the holding force applied by the detent against the latch is less than the biasing force applied by the bias member.
Apparatus for controlling and method for controlling quick-clamping of construction machine
An embodiment of the present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling quick clamping of construction machine which comprises a clamp for mounting an attachment, the apparatus including: a selection input unit for generating a selection signal during an on operation by an operator; an operation input unit for generating an operation signal during an operation by the operator; a clamp driving unit for releasing and fastening the clamp; and a controller for controlling the clamp driving unit to release the clamp while the operation signal is input after the selection signal is input.
System for detecting locking pin engagement of an implement
A monitoring system for a work vehicle having a lift system to which an implement is attachable via a connection assembly includes a weight detection subsystem operable with the lift system and configured to transfer signals representative of a weight supported by the lift system. The monitoring system also includes a position detection subsystem operable with the connection assembly and configured to transfer signals representative of a state of the connection assembly. A controller is in operable communication with the weight detection subsystem and the position detection subsystem and is configured to receive signals from the weight detection subsystem and from the position detection subsystem, determine a condition of the connection assembly based on the signals received, and output a signal based at least in part on the determined condition.
PACKER
Quick couplers release one attachment and quickly attach another attachment to the end of the arm. Different attachments are available with differing widths. The attachments comprise of a front and a back pin that are able to engage with the quick coupler. The front pin and/or the back pin are preferably presented mounted to side plates that are secured to the bucket of the attachment. The spacing between the side plates may vary from attachment to attachment. The present invention is a packer that is able to engage with a quick coupler so as to prevent slop when attachments narrower than the quick coupler are used.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE, WORK MACHINE, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A coupler cylinder is driven between a locked state and an unlocked state of a bucket by being supplied with hydraulic oil. A main pump supplies the hydraulic oil to the coupler cylinder. A pressure increasing valve controls the supply of the hydraulic oil to the coupler cylinder. A controller controls drive of the pressure increasing valve. The controller instructs the pressure increasing valve to stop the supply of the hydraulic oil to the coupler cylinder based on pressure in an oil passage between the main pump and the coupler cylinder.
Systems and methods for coupling an implement to a work vehicle
A system configured to couple an implement to a work vehicle includes a first lock assembly coupled to an arm of the work vehicle, and the first lock assembly includes a first lock, a second lock, and a first actuator configured to drive the first lock and the second lock laterally outwardly to engage respective first openings formed in the implement. The system also includes a second lock assembly coupled to a frame of the work vehicle, and the second lock assembly includes a third lock, a fourth lock, and a second actuator configured to drive the third lock and the fourth lock laterally outwardly to engage respective second openings formed in the implement.
