A quick hitch for coupling a tool to an excavation arm of an excavator. The quick hitch comprises a connector comprising a first end coupleable to an excavation arm, and a second end coupleable to a tool; and a latching member releasably engageable with the second end of the connector. In use the second end of the connector receives the tool, and the latching member engages with the connector to releasably couple the tool to the connector.

Bracket for reversibly mounting an excavator bucket on an articulated arm

A bracket for mounting an excavation bucket on a coupler of an articulated arm. The bracket comprises a body extending in a plane and having a central portion. A first concavity on a first side of the body substantially has an arc-of-circle shape to conform with a surface of a cylinder and hinge therearound. The bracket comprises a second concavity on a second side of the body opposite the first side with respect to the central portion. A third concavity on the second side of the body substantially has the arc-of-circle shape. The bracket comprises a first abutment edge formed by the central portion of the body; and a second abutment edge aside the first abutment edge and further from the central portion of the body compared to the first abutment edge. This bracket allows reversible mounting of the coupler of the excavation bucket.

COUPLING FOR CONTAINMENT PLOWS AND PUSHERS

A pivot coupling system that permits the use of attachable equipment such as material pushers or containment plows with a range of vehicles including all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), utility task vehicle (UTV), lawn and garden tractors, small farm tractors, small trucks, skid-steer loaders, etc.

Multi-position tool coupler
09840824 · 2017-12-12 ·

A coupling system for coupling a tool to be carried over the earth to a mobile tool carrier. The system includes an attachment base for attaching the coupling system to the mobile tool carrier and a center pivot assembly with a pivot that allows a tool support arm to swing to either side of the tool carrier where it extends to the side to allow the tool to be used to the side while the machine moves forward. The support arm includes a vertical hinge that divides the arm into two parts, allowing the arm to fold so the tool can be either in front of the machine or beside the machine. The tool may be connected to the support arm with a quick-coupler having hooks or with a permanent attachment.

Method, apparatus, and kit for providing an adapter on earth moving equipment

A frame has a crosspiece with a pair of longitudinal branches, and is used for installing an adapter on earth moving equipment. This equipment has an implement support structure with one or more bearing plates for accommodating azimuthal rotation of a working implement. This working implement is removed from the implement support structure before attaching a frame there. The frame's crosspiece has walls that engage the bearing plates on the implement support structure. An adapter is rotatably mounted on the frame. Any one of a plurality of working accessories can be selected and installed on the adapter. For equipment that originally lacked bearing plates, a cross member with bearing plates is provided in a kit. The frame will then attach to the kit's cross member and to the implement support structure.

Demolition apparatus

A demolition apparatus and an adapter frame of the demolition apparatus are disclosed. The adapter frame may be formed with coupling seats which engage pins on a jaw set to assemble the demolition apparatus. The openings of the coupling seats face different directions for quick and simple assembly of the demolition apparatus. A rotatable locking element may be provided on the adapter frame to lock a pin on the jaw set.

Disclosed embodiments include power machines and related structures of lift arms, implement carriers, follower links, and driver links which improve manufacturability, reduce component failures, and improve power machine design and functionality. In some embodiments, lift arm structures include cast lower lift arm portions. The cast lower lift arm portions include contoured upper ends which are sleeved onto contoured lower ends of upper lift arm portions to control stress points and to reduce stresses on welds. The follower link structures can include follower links which are configured to be positioned at least partially outside of the lift arm structure to improve rear visibility. The driver link structures can be configured to be laterally overlapping with innermost surfaces on the lift cylinder, but configured such that as the lift arm is raised the laterally overlapping portions are moved above the innermost surfaces of the lift cylinder.

COUPLING DEVICE

A coupling device connecting a working implement to a working arm of a working machine. The device has a first coupler body, a second coupler body pivotally mounted to the first coupler body, and a third coupler body rotatably mounted to the second coupler body so as to be rotatable about a second axis.
