WHEEL OR TRACK LOADER AND SELF-LOADING AGGREGATE DISPENSER
An assembly designed for use on a bucket of a wheel or track loader is herein disclosed. The assembly generally includes a material discharge component and at least one actuator. The material discharge component includes a left-side arm, a right-side arm, a front wall section extending between the arms, a top plate extending between the arms and coupled to a top edge of the arms, and a bottom plate. The at least one actuator is coupled to one of the arms and is designed to be coupled to the bucket. In use, the at least one actuator moves the material discharge component between open and closed positions. Further, when the bucket is tilted forwardly, material is dispensable through the opening.
Mechanical dry waste excavating end effector
Systems, devices, apparatus and methods for cleaning contaminated tanks without introducing large amounts of free water or liquefier into the tanks. A gathering arm assembly and a bucket assembly is used to remove and break up waste debris from a contaminated tank.
MINING SHOVEL WITH BUSHINGS AT PIN LOCATIONS
A cartridge includes a body, an aperture extending through the body sized to receive a pivot pin, and a spherical bushing disposed within the body. The cartridge also includes a first internal seal disposed axially on one side of the bushing and a second internal seal disposed axially on an opposite side of the bushing. The cartridge also includes an end cap disposed at least partially within the aperture that abuts the bushing and prevents the bushing from moving axially in a first direction within the aperture.
Retention system for a line on a spool
A retention system for a line on a spool is disclosed. The retention system may include a base component that includes a retention receiving element within a line-side surface of the base component. The retention system may include a line engagement component that includes an engagement surface, wherein the engagement surface includes a portion that is perpendicular to the base component to engage a line, wherein the engagement surface abuts the line-side surface. The retention system may include a removable retention component that is configured to retain the line between the engagement surface and the removable retention component when the removable retention component is installed within the retention receiving element.
SNUBBER APPARATUS FOR EARTH-WORKING BUCKET
An apparatus may have a casing defining an inner cavity delimited at least by a circumferential surface portion between a pair of lateral surface portions. A shaft passes through the inner cavity of the casing. A wiper arm rotates with the shaft, the wiper arm having a free end in close proximity to the surface portions of the inner cavity of the casing, the free end of the wiper arm having a contour complementarily corresponding to a profile of the circumferential surface portion of the inner cavity. A dam divides the inner cavity in chambers adapted to accommodate a fluid, with movements of the wiper arm changing the volume of the chambers, whereby the apparatus is configured to allow the fluid to flow between the chambers to oppose the force to the given motions. A cover plate(s) is connected to a lateral side of the casing and defining at least one outer chamber around the at least one end of the shaft and exteriorly of the inner cavity.
EXCAVATION BUCKET WITH INTERNAL MATERIAL EXPULSION DEVICE AND RELATED METHOD
An apparatus for use with an excavation machine to move ground material comprises a bucket configured for collecting ground material and an internal material expulsion device in the bucket and configured for discharging the collected ground material through a rear opening of the bucket, which is opposite to a front opening through which material passes into the bucket during digging. The apparatus includes a deflection member outside the bucket and at or adjacent the rear opening, which is configured to direct discharged material. Thus is provided an apparatus which can be used to substantially simultaneously dig and discharge the excavated material away from the excavated location, in a common digging action.
EARTH-WORKING BUCKET WITH INTEGRATED ACCESS STRUCTURE ATTACHMENT
An assembly may have a bucket having a main body defining an inner cavity, at least one connector on an outer surface of the main body of the bucket. A user access structure has a framework releasably mounted to the bucket, and at least one complementary connector for engagement with the at least one connector on the bucket. A method for accessing an upper frame of a bucket is also provided.
EARTH-WORKING BUCKET WITH REMOVABLE WEAR PLATES
A bucket may have a main body defining an inner cavity. A wear plate(s) covers an inner surface and/or an outer surface of the main body, the wear plate having holes therein. Fasteners passing through the holes and secured to the main body by screwing engagement. The wear plate(s) may cover an inner surface and/or an outer surface of the main body or the door at an interface therebetween.
SNUBBER FOR A DIPPER DOOR
A linkage assembly is provided for a bucket in which a door is coupled to a body of the bucket at a pivot mount. The linkage assembly includes a first link, a second link, and a snubber. The first link is pivotally coupled to the body and disposed in a spaced-apart relation to the pivot mount. The second link is pivotally coupled to the door and disposed in a spaced-apart relation to the pivot mount. The first and second links are also pivotally coupled together at a link pivot. The snubber is disposed between the pivot mount and the first link.
Pivot system with adjustable height to actuate a door latch for an excavator bucket
Embodiments of the invention relate generally to earth movement machine components and, more particularly, to a pivot system with adjustable height to actuate a door latch for an excavator bucket.
