A work vehicle includes a vehicular body and a work implement including a blade. The vehicular body includes a controller that controls an operation of the work implement and an acceleration sensor. The controller controls a blade propulsive angle θ of the blade based on an output from the acceleration sensor.
Circle assembly for a motor grader
A circle assembly for supporting implement of motor grader is provided. The circle assembly rotates relative to drawbar about rotation axis. The circle assembly includes plate and rim member coupled to plate. The plate defines front section and rear section and includes a ring gear portion defining a plurality of teeth formed integrally therein. A first skirt portion and a second skirt portion integrally and contiguously extend from ring gear portion at rear section. The first skirt portion and second skirt portion are angled relative to ring gear portion in direction of rotation axis. The rim member includes first arm member and second arm member attached to first skirt portion and second skirt portion, respectively, and a circumferential belt portion extending between the first arm member and the second arm member. The belt portion is spaced from and surrounds ring gear member at the front section of the plate.
Control system for a grading machine
A grading machine includes a machine body, a grading blade, and at least one grading blade sensor configured to sense a position and orientation of the grading blade. The grading machine also includes a drawbar connecting the grading blade to the machine body, at least one drawbar sensor configured to sense a position and orientation of the drawbar, a user interface, and a control system. The control system may be configured to receive an input from the user interface and perform an automatic turnaround operation.
Multi-position tool coupler
A coupling system for coupling a tool to be carried over the earth to a mobile tool carrier. The system includes an attachment base for attaching the coupling system to the mobile tool carrier and a center pivot assembly with a pivot that allows a tool support arm to swing to either side of the tool carrier where it extends to the side to allow the tool to be used to the side while the machine moves forward. The support arm includes a vertical hinge that divides the arm into two parts, allowing the arm to fold so the tool can be either in front of the machine or beside the machine. The tool may be connected to the support arm with a quick-coupler having hooks or with a permanent attachment.
System and method for positioning implement of machine
A system associated with an implement of a machine is provided. The system includes a plane determination module configured to determine a track plane based on a relationship between at least two tracks of the machine. The system also includes an implement control module. The implement control module is configured to compute a location of two or more blade tip points of the implement of the machine in three dimensional space based on at least one constraint of a geometry of the implement. The implement control module is also configured to determine a blade tip point plane based on a relationship between at least two blade tip points of the implement. The implement control module is further configured to compare the blade tip point plane with the track plane and determine if the blade tip point plane is parallel to the track plane based on the comparison.
Scraping device for cleaning a roadway surface
The device includes two opposing lateral wings forming the right and left sides of the scraping device. Each wing includes an upper section through which the wing is attached to the central support about a vertical pivot axis, and a bottom section that is pivotable with respect to the upper section about a first horizontal pivot axis. An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a blade support frame for a dozer, which supports a blade, the blade support frame including: a ball joint configured to support the blade so that the blade is rotatable; a front plate coupled to the ball joint; an upper plate disposed on an upper portion of the front plate and coupled to the front plate; a lower plate disposed on a lower portion of the front plate and coupled to the front plate; and an inner diaphragm disposed between the upper plate and the lower plate and configured to support a portion between the upper plate and the lower plate.
Vertically adjustable adaptor for a work vehicle implement
An adaptor configured to move a work vehicle implement includes a work vehicle portion that includes a first receiver interface configured to couple to a work vehicle. The first receiver interface includes at least one receiver locking feature configured to non-movably couple the work vehicle portion to the first connector interface. The adaptor also includes a work implement portion moveably coupled to the work vehicle portion and a second connector interface configured to couple to a second receiver interface of the work vehicle implement. The adaptor also includes a track system comprising a slot disposed within the work vehicle portion and a slider disposed on the work implement portion, wherein the slider is configured to move along the slot, and at least one actuator configured to actuate the work implement portion with respect to the work vehicle portion along a guide path.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCED SKID LOADER GRADING CONTROL
A skid loader blade assembly, including a connection plate, at least one vertical actuator operationally connected to the connection plate for moving a blade relative to the plate, and a hinged blade operationally connected to the vertical actuator. The hinged blade further includes a hinge, a first blade portion connected to the hinge, and a second, oppositely disposed blade portion connected to the hinge. The skid loader blade assembly also includes a first pivot actuator operationally connected to the first blade portion and a second pivot actuator operationally connected to the second blade portion.
METHOD OF CONTROLLING A GRADING ATTACHMENT ON A SKID STEER VEHICLE
A method of controlling a grading attachment on a skid steer vehicle that includes the steps of lowering a main arm of a skid steer vehicle with either an electric non-hydraulic cylinder or a drive motor to the main arm’s lowest allowed position along an arm translation path on the skid steer vehicle and adjusting, while the main arm is the in the lowest allowed position, either or both a pitch axis movement and/or a yaw axis movement of a grading attachment coupled to the main arm autonomously using an automatic grade control system implementing at least one of a laser, a GPS, an LPS, and an ultrasonic sensor and with at least one a plurality of electric non-hydraulic cylinders and drive motors, wherein the automatic grade control system is communicatively coupled to the at least one a plurality of electric non-hydraulic cylinders and drive motors.
