Cover
The disclosure includes a method and apparatus for protecting an air vent pipe. In one or more embodiments, a cover can include a plurality of sidewalls and a pipe portal disclosed through at lease on of the side walls. The distal end of an air vent pipe can be disposed through the pipe portal and into the internal volume of the cover. A clamp can secure the cover to the air vent pipe. An access door disposed in a side wall can give access to the clamp and distal end of the air vent pipe and closing and locking the access door with a locking mechanism can prevent unauthorized users from accessing the distal end of the air vent pipe.
WELL CASING SECURITY DEVICE
A well casing security device and method. The security device includes a cover including a sidewall, a top, one or more stabilizers, and a means for attaching the cover to a well casing or to its concrete slab to render it vandal-resistant. A locking support ring is provided for attachment to either the well casing or to the concrete slab surrounding the casing. The locking support ring includes a ring body with a plurality of braces. Each of the braces includes an arm defining a slot between the arm and the ring body. The cover includes a plurality of brackets enabling rotational engagement cover with the locking support ring. Locking means are provided on the cover to lock the cover to the locking support ring. The locking means includes a key operated lock that is tamper resistant and insures that the well casing cannot be accessed easily by an intruder.

Device for covering a pipeline from a wellbore
A device for covering a pipeline from a wellbore comprising a cover comprising at least one lower bearing surface suitable for being mounted on an end of a vertical annular pipeline of a wellbore. The device includes a distribution elbow comprising a lower end, intended to be connected to a pipe of the wellbore, that extends vertically downwards from the cover and an upper end extending horizontally. The cover and the distribution elbow form a monobloc assembly.

Well water depth monitor
Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable medium including computer program products, are provided for determining the depth of water in a well. A method may include coupling a signal onto a cable connected to a submersible well pump. The method may further include monitoring the cable to determine a first time corresponding to a first reflection of the signal caused by the cable entering a water column between a water surface and the submersible pump. The method may further include monitoring the cable to determine a second time corresponding to a second reflection of the signal caused by an impedance mismatch between the cable surrounded by water and a motor in the submersible well pump. The method may further include determining a water height between the submersible pump and the water surface from the first time and the second time.

Well Water System and Modular Adaptor
A well water system includes a two piece modular adaptor that allows the pressure controls to be readily detached from the plumbing of the well water system. The modular adaptor includes a hollow adaptor body and a detachable adaptor coupler, which connects the pressure control and a pressure gauge to the modular adaptor. The detachable coupler allows the pressure controller to be completely disconnected from the well water system without reworking the existing plumbing and reduces the potential of major water leaks.
Prefabricated former for constructing underground chamber
A prefabricated former for an underground pump station comprises: a floor former; a plurality of vertical support elements; a side wall secured to and surrounding the plurality of vertical support elements, the side wall having an inner layer and an outer layer defining a cavity therebetween, and an opening at an upper end of the side wall in communication with the cavity for receiving concrete, the side wall extending both above and below the floor former for defining a space above the floor former and a space below the floor former, and an opening being provided between the cavity and the space below the floor former enabling concrete to flow through the cavity and into the space below the floor former; when set, the concrete forming a unitary wall and base.
Odor venting well pump system
An odor venting water pump system uses an air pump to agitate well water within a well enclosure in order to separate unpleasant smelling gases from the well water. A water pump is positioned at the bottom of a well enclosure and surrounded by well water received into the well enclosure from the surrounding ground water supply. An air tube is connected to an air pump and a terminal end of the air tube is positioned at the lower end of a venting pipe which has an inlet to accept well water. The pumped air agitates the water within the venting pipe and pushes the air/water mixture upwards through the venting pipe to an outlet, where the water returns to the main water supply while the odious gases are free to exit the well enclosure through an air vent at the upper end of the well enclosure.
