A SAVING WATER TANK OF CLOSESTOOL
20180010321 · 2018-01-11 ·

An intermediate water-saving closestool water tank. A basin drain pipe is connected to the closestool water tank. Before the closestool is used, a time-delay valve (13) or a ping-pong valve is pressed so that tap water is supplemented when the water supply tank of the basin is not full. After the tap water is supplemented in the water tank and before the closestool is flushed, the ping-pong valve needs to be pressed again to prevent a ball float type water supplementary valve (14) from automatically supplementing tap water subsequently. The time-delay valve (13) does not need to be pressed again, and a flushing valve (17) is pressed normally when the closestool is flushed. Two flap valves are arranged at the bottom of the basin, one of the flap valves is directly connected to the drainage sewer, and the other one is communicated with the closestool water tank. The device achieves energy-saving and water-saving purposes.

Systems to Automate Adjustment of Water Volume Release To A Toilet Bowl To Correspond to Bowl Contents, Toilets Including the System and Related Methods

A method and system having a water-flush toilet having a toilet bowl that is in fluid communication with a water source and is mounted with a sensor. The sensor includes a transmitter to transmit an ultrasonic signal and a receiver to receive an ultrasonic signal. The sensor may measure a Time of Flight (ToF) of the signal to obtain a ToF measurement. A microcontroller is electrically connected to the sensor and may receive and process the ToF measurement using an algorithm to determine a bowl status. The toilet also includes at least one water valve that is disposed between the bowl and the water source, and that is electrically connected to the microcontroller for instructing the at least one water valve to move from a first position to a second position for a duration of time, wherein the duration of time corresponds to the bowl status.

CONNECTING ROD DRIVE MECHANISM FOR WATER DISCHARGE VALVE AND WATER DISCHARGE VALVE HAVING SAID MECHANISM

Disclosed in the present utility model is a connecting rod drive mechanism for a water discharge valve, comprising a base, a first stage connecting rod, and a last stage connecting rod, the first stage connecting rod and the last stage connecting rod are movably arranged on the base, a drive part, a turning part, and a transmission part are provided on the last stage connecting rod, the drive part cooperates in transmission with an initiation assembly of the water discharge valve, the transmission part cooperates in transmission with the first stage connecting rod, the turning part forms a relative turning connection with the base, the turning part is located between the drive part and the transmission part, or the transmission part is located between the drive part and the turning part, and the first stage connecting rod is driven so as to impel the last stage connecting rod, causing a drive part of the last stage connecting rod to drive the initiation assembly of the water discharge valve to be opened and discharge water. The connecting rod drive mechanism of the present utility model is able to amplify drive travel, can allow for more flexible positioning of a drive mechanism, and there is relatively low eccentric force during the process of driving, which is beneficial for extending assembly life.

Gear-driven trip lever with clutch assembly
11542697 · 2023-01-03 ·

A gear driven trip lever for a toilet comprises a handle, a handle stop and a torsion spring disposed outside the tank. Inside the tank is a gear driven trip lever subassembly comprising a home position rack that is secured to a mounting plate and a spring-loaded clutch cam. The end of the flush lever nearest the gear driven trip lever subassembly is configured as a geared structure that meshes with gears disposed on a home position rack. When a user pushes the flush handle, the home position rack lifts the geared flush lever. The clutch cam contacts and slides on the home position rack as it moves downwardly. When the flush handle is fully depressed downwardly, the clutch cam releases the home position rack which returns to its home position via a compression spring and the geared flush lever is returned to its home position.
