MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR PROVIDING ON-SITE PROTECTION
The present invention relates to a modular assembly, a site factory, for at least partially enclosing a site during construction of a structure. The modular assembly comprising: a plurality of portal frames, each portal frame comprising two columns and a roof beam, each column and roof beam comprising a plurality of pre-assembled units; a jack-up frame for each column; at least two first rails, each of the first rails being mounted to at least one of the roof beams; at least one second rail slidably mounted to the at least two first rails; and a plurality of panels of a flexible material configured to provide a full enclosure of the site and mounted above the roof beam. The or each second rail is configured to slidably receive at least one lifting device. The pre-assembled units are configured o be connected on site, and lifted using said jack-up frames, to form the portal frames, and wherein each first rail, and the or each second rail are configured to be mounted on the portal frames on site.
Portable collapsible shelter
A collapsible shelter comprising a rigid-framed box section and a plurality of rigid panel sections, wherein each panel has a complimentary shape and dimension to fit within a neighbouring section such that the structure can be collapsed to form a storage case when all the panel sections fit within the box section.
A PORTABLE COLLAPSIBLE SHELTER
A collapsible shelter comprising a rigid-framed box section and a plurality of rigid panel sections, wherein each panel has a complimentary shape and dimension to fit within a neighbouring section such that the structure can be collapsed to form a storage case when all the panel sections fit within the box section.
MODULAR PROTECTION AND SECURITY DEVICE
A modular protection and security device for protecting a boat within a slip having: a stationary bowed frame positioned over the boat slip; a plurality of stationary frame tracks mounted to a side of the stationary bowed frame; a plurality of upper track rollers mounted to the stationary bowed frame; a moveable bowed frame mounted to the upper track rollers and slidable over the stationary bowed frame; a plurality of moveable frame tracks, each moveable frame track mounted to a side of the moveable bowed frame; a plurality of lower track rollers mounted to the movable bowed frame positioned for rolling within in the stationary frame tracks; a first flexible sheath mounted to the stationary bowed frame and a second flexible sheath mounted to the moveable bowed frame, wherein the first flexible sheath is configured to fit between the moveable bowed frame and the stationary bowed frame.
Emergency shelter
A rapidly deployable building adaptable between a first normal configuration and a second wind-resistant configuration by relative movement of at least two space enclosing elements of the building provides readily assembled, cost-effective but robust shelters to disaster zones capable of withstanding severe weather events such as hurricanes.
Mobile plant for aspiration and treatment of fumes and/or dust and/or gaseous mixtures
Described is a mobile plant for the aspiration, treatment, suppression and depuration of fumes and/or dust and/or gaseous mixtures coming from processing of metals or other materials, and in particular from the processing of the metals with flame cutting, by means of which even small production units or larger production units but with limited quantities of materials to be processed or processed in an occasional manner with significant emission of fumes and/or dust can prevent the dispersion into the atmosphere of the fumes and/or dust and can treat the fumes and dust; according to this invention, the mobile plant for the aspiration, treatment, suppression and depuration of fumes and/or dust and/or gaseous mixtures coming from processing of metals or other materials comprises two separate units which integrate and act in conjunction with each other: a removable and transportable hood which is movable from a processing area to a standby area, under which the processing is performed which cause fumes and dust, and which has the purpose of preventing the dispersion of the fumes and dust into the atmosphere, a mobile and transportable plant for the aspiration and treatment of the fumes and dust present in the hood, the two parts being connected by connectors.
Isolation method and apparatus
Apparatus for use in isolating a subject, the apparatus including a frame movable between collapsed and erected configurations, a body supported by the frame, wherein in the erected configuration, the body defines an internal volume for containing a subject to thereby substantially isolate the subject from a surrounding environment and a door actuator supported by the frame for moving a door between open and closed positions to thereby provide access to the internal volume.
Structure having convertible roof and walls
A movable enclosure is configured to selectively enclose an area. The enclosure includes at least one side wall and an end wall attached thereto. The side wall comprises a number of individual panels that are independently movable along a track secured to the ground. The panels are selectively collapsible such that they may travel along the track and overlap one another when in a collapsed or stowed position. The enclosure may be configured in any number of intermediate positions wherein the panels are partially collapsed. Roof panels may be attached to the side walls for movement therewith, or alternatively, the roof panels may operate independent of the side walls to extend and retract between an open and collapsed configuration.
