An anchor for being embedded in concrete for attachment to a fastener to support a load comprises a plug having a main body portion extending upwardly from a base portion, the plug for being attached to a form board prior to pouring of concrete, the plug having an end portion disposed a distance from the form board; and an anchor body attached to the end portion. The plug is separable from the anchor body and removable from the concrete after the concrete is cured, leaving the anchor body embedded in the concrete, the plug providing a void in the concrete after removal to provide an access opening for a threaded portion of a fastener to attach to the anchor body.

Systems and methods for a cast-in anchor

A system includes an anchor body, having a head and a hollow chamber shaft coupled to the head. The system includes a housing component configured to support the anchor body. The system also includes one or more fasteners supported by the housing component. At least one of the fasteners is coupled to the head of the anchor body, and an apex of each fastener is positioned to be above the head of the anchor body.

Shear force anchor

Shear force anchor for transmitting shear forces transversely to the longitudinal direction of a structural element within structural elements made primarily of concrete, comprising: a connection section for introducing at least one shear force into the shear force anchor which is connected to at least one load introduction section, which can be contacted to the structural element to transmit at least one force component in the direction of the shear force to be transmitted to the structural element. In order to transmit large shear forces while at the same time having a slim design of the structural element, the connection section is additionally spaced in the direction of the shear force to be transmitted from the load introduction section.

Self-supported PC column joint part

A self-supported PC column joint part. A plurality of accommodation pieces is buried in the upper surface of a lower member to which a PC column is to be joined, has accommodation spaces having open upper parts, and has female threads. A support bar is provided in a pocket formed in the lower end of the PC column, and includes a body coupled to the upper surface of the pocket to protrude and a head at the lower end of the body so as to be accommodated inside the accommodation space. A fixing piece has a through-hole formed in the center thereof such that the body of the support bar passes therethrough, and has threads formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof so as to be screw-coupled to the accommodation piece, thereby fixing the head of the support bar.
