Holder and concrete anchor assemblies
A concrete anchor assembly includes an anchor body including a rod portion and a head portion; the head portion extending laterally from said rod portion, the head portion including a threaded bore; and the rod portion including an internally threaded bore, the rod portion including an outside thread.
STRONG ANCHOR
According to the present invention, a body of an anchor bolt of a certain standard is inserted into a hole drilled in the ceiling, floor, or wall of concrete, and a wedge bolt is inserted into a body screw, then by rotating it in a tightening direction, a wedge portion of the wedge bolt is squashed into a spread portion of the anchor body with force of the screw so that it is firmly fixed, and the inserted wedge bolt may be rotated so that it may be loosened and extracted, so that it is possible to easily carry out demolishing work.
Wall Mountable Bracket Assembly
A bracket assembly isolates shear forces from fasteners to realize the full tensile load capability of the fasteners. The fasteners extend from a base plate and are embedded within a structure such as a poured concrete wall. Receptacles defined by the base plate receive bosses which extend from a mounting plate which overlies the base plate. The fasteners also retain the mounting plate to the base plate. Shear forces applied in the plane of the mounting plate are reacted between the bosses and the receptacles, the fasteners being isolated from the shear forces using oversized holes in the mounting plate to ensure that the fasteners experience primarily tensile loads.

Concrete anchor coupling assembly and anchor rod holder
Concrete coupling assembly comprises a base holder for being attached to a concrete forming surface, the base holder including a central opening; a coupler having one end disposed within the central opening, the coupler having an axis for being positioned substantially transverse to the forming surface, the coupler having first and second threaded bores through the one end for attachment of a threaded rod; and a separate anchor body threadedly attached to another end of the coupler.
BOLTED SLANT ANCHOR DEVICE AND METHOD
The present invention provides a foundation connection device disposed within a concrete structure, securing the concrete structure to a foundation when a bolt engages the foundation connection device and is driven into the foundation. The device includes a tubular post defining a cavity. A base plate has upper and lower surfaces, an aperture through the surfaces, and the lower surface aligns with a bottom surface of the concrete structure. A stop plate defining a circular through-hole is within the tubular post and receives the bolt. The bolt has a bolt head and a bolt shaft, and when the bolt engages the foundation connection device and is driven into the foundation, the bolt head engages the stop plate and the bolt shaft extends through the circular through-hole of the stop plate within the cavity of the tubular post, and through the aperture of the base plate into the foundation.
COLUMN ANCHORING SYSTEM FOR WIND UPLIFT RESISTANCE
An inter-column anchor engages a top surface of header above a corresponding column, and the foundation below the corresponding column. The header anchor and/or the foundation anchor are adjustable to increase or decrease tension. The header anchor and foundation anchor are joined by a cable that may be grossly adjustable in length to accommodate various column heights. The elements of the inter-column anchor may be organized into a kit for distribution.
Holder and concrete anchor assemblies
A concrete anchor assembly includes a housing including a lower opening and a side wall; a flange portion extending from the housing; a ramp surface extending upwardly around the lower opening; a split body disposed over the lower opening, the split body including a bottom surface engaging the ramp surface, the split body including a threaded opening. The housing includes a gap between the split body and the side wall. A compressed spring forces the split body toward a bottom of the ramp surface.
