Anchor
An anchor for arrangement in a building element, in particular in a wall, in a ceiling or in a precast concrete part. The anchor includes an anchoring element for anchoring in a receiving opening of the building element comprising an undercut, a connecting element for connection to a supporting element, in particular to a platform for formwork, or to a support arm for a protective shield, or to a lifting element for lifting the building element. In some aspects, the anchoring element is movable between an anchoring position for anchoring in the receiving opening and a release position for removal from the building element. The anchor may additionally include a securing element which blocks the movement of the anchoring element between the anchoring position and the release position in a first position and releases the anchoring element in a second position.
MASONRY ANCHOR OF THE EXPANSION TYPE
A masonry anchor comprising an anchor member having a socket formed in one end, the socket being configured to receive and secure a mounting portion of a mounting fastener.
THREADED ROD CONNECTOR WITH ROTATIONALLY LOCKED COLLAR
Threaded rod connector including a housing having a cavity for receiving a threaded rod therein, wherein the cavity has a mouth, and an insert including a plurality of rod engagement segments, which are arranged within the cavity, wherein the cavity has a tapered zone tapering towards the mouth for wedging the rod engagement segments against the threaded rod, wherein the insert further includes a plurality of segment carrying arms, wherein each of the segment carrying arms carries at least one of the rod engagement segments, wherein the segment carrying arms form a cage for accommodating the threaded rod. The insert further includes a collar, which is connected to the segment carrying arms, and which interconnects the segment carrying arms, and the cavity has a collar locking zone, in which the collar is arranged, wherein the housing rotationally locks the collar arranged in the collar locking zone to the housing.
THREADED ROD CONNECTOR WITH MOUTHWARDLY PROJECTING ARMS
Threaded rod connector including a housing having a cavity for receiving a threaded rod therein, wherein the cavity has a mouth, and an insert including a plurality of rod engagement segments, which are arranged within the cavity, wherein the cavity has a tapered zone tapering towards the mouth for wedging the rod engagement segments against the threaded rod, wherein the insert further includes a plurality of segment carrying arms, each having a segment connection end and an interconnection end, which is located opposite the segment connection end on the respective segment carrying arm, wherein each of the rod engagement segments is connected to at least one of the segment carrying arms at the segment connection end thereof, and wherein the segment carrying arms are interconnected at their interconnection ends. Each of the segment carrying arms extends, originating from its segment connection end, towards the mouth of the cavity.
Couplings for coupling pre-cast construction segments together and pre-cast construction segments having such couplings
Couplings for coupling pre-cast construction segments together and pre-cast construction segments having such couplings. A construction coupling for connecting prefabricated segments includes a pair of anchors. Each anchor includes a central portion and a pair of legs. The central portion defines an elongated bore. The pair of legs extending from opposite sides of the central portion. Each leg extending in a direction generally transverse to the elongated bore and having a proximal end attached to the central portion and a free distal portion disposed away from the central portion. The construction coupling also includes a pin adapted to be received in the elongated bores of the pair of the anchors to connect the pair of anchors together.
EMBEDDED ANCHOR
An embedded anchor by which fixtures including suspension rods, studs and other steel work can be secured to a concrete structure includes a male insert (10) to which the fixtures are connected and a female ferrule (12) to receive the insert (10). The female ferrule (12) is adapted to be permanently embedded in the concrete structure. The insert (10) is associated with one or more spring loaded pins (14, 16). The ferrule (12) includes apertures (22) positioned to receive the pins (14, 16). The pins (14, 16) are pushed against a spring (30) to allow the insert (10) to be slid into the ferrule (12), and the pins (14, 16) spring outwardly to engage the apertures (22) locking the insert (10) in the ferrule (12) to secure the fixture to the concrete structure.
INSERT FOR CONSTRUCTION SLAB
Disclosed is an insert for a construction slab which includes: main body in which an operation space having a planar cross-section of a polygonal shape in an axial direction is formed; a support block which is formed at a lower side of the main body to have a diameter smaller than that of the main body and has a withdrawal hole at an inner side thereof so that a support stepped portion is formed at a lower end of the operation space; a support plate formed at the lower side of the support block to be in contact with a mold; a cover member coupled to an upper portion of the main body so as to seal the operation space; and an anchor bolt member inserted into the operation space to be pressed to the withdrawal hole by a spring member.
