METHOD FOR PRODUCING A REINFORCED CONCRETE COMPONENT, REINFORCED CONCRETE COMPONENT AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete component (1, 1′), in particular a generatively produced reinforced concrete component (1, 1′), a reinforced concrete component and a manufacturing system for manufacturing a reinforced concrete component. In particular, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete component (1, 1′), comprising: creating a first concrete layer (20) and a second concrete layer (22) with a generative method, preferably with a shotcrete method, arranging a positioning element (100, 102, 104, 110, 120, 122, 124, 126, 128, 130) for fixing a reinforcement unit (200), wherein the positioning element is arranged with a supporting section (106) between the first concrete layer (20) and the second concrete layer (22) and protrudes with a fastening section (108) from the first concrete layer and from the second concrete layer (22), arranging at least one reinforcement unit (200) for reinforcing the concrete component (1, 1′) on the positioning element.
EXTERIOR STUCCO WALL CONSTRUCTION WITH IMPROVED MOISTURE DRAINAGE
An exterior stucco wall construction comprising: a wall frame; sheathing attached to the outer side of the wall frame; a moisture collection channel mounted along a lower margin of the sheathing and having an inner flange, an outer flange, and a support floor extending therebetween, the collection channel further having a plurality of apertures arranged in spaced relation adjacent and along the inner flange; a vapor barrier attached to the sheathing and covering a portion of the upper flange of the collection channel; a moisture impervious board having an inner side provided with drain means to facilitate the downward drainage of moisture to a lower edge located within the collection channel and resting upon its support floor; lath wire secured over the outer side of the board; and, at least one coat of stucco applied over the lath wire.
Lath and drainage
An improved lath is disclosed having a water drainage layer provided in association with the lath. The water drainage layer serves to remove water that might otherwise build up between the lath and wall structure.
Forming grid panel attaching mechanism
The invention is the interior face attaching mechanisms of a plastic injection molded flow-through grid forming grid panel that is used as a form for concrete/cementitious material. A “T” or nub catch is formed by the plastic injection mold halve sections at the outer ends of interior face extended vertical grids such that during a concrete/cementitious pour the “T” or nub catch, and attached forming panel connecter tie or webs, does not unduly block the flow of the concrete/cementitious material from flowing through the grid openings. The “T” or nub catch enables forming panel tie or web connecters to slide down vertically along the interior face of the concrete/cementitious material flow-through grid forming panel and downward attach to the “T” or nub catch.
CONCRETE WALL WITH DECORATIVE SURFACE AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
A concrete wall has a back surface supported by a back panel while a decorative material is applied to an opposing front surface of the wall by hand or by pneumatic projection while the surface is still plastic, and without using bonding agents. The decorative material may be further exposed by a surface treatment before or after the front surface is floated and finished, with a sealant optionally applied thereafter. The front surface may be created by pneumatic methods or by pouring concrete into forms and removing the front panel to expose the front surface while it is still plastic but hydrated enough not to slump.
BUILDING SYSTEM
A building system and method of using the same may include a wall assembly including a plurality of expanded metal mesh sheets disposed on either side of at least one welded wire mesh sheet. The wall assembly may be disposed in a keyway defined by a foundation assembly including a plurality of form boards. The foundation assembly may be constructed and arranged for framing out a slab, wall, or structure. The building system may further include a framing assembly including a plurality of vertical supports spaced away from one another and being constructed and arranged to connect to a support header and plurality of spans such that a structure or wall may be formed within the framing assembly. Material, such as concrete, maybe poured between the plurality of expanded metal mesh sheets to form a slab, wall, or structure.
Panelized lath and drainage plane system for building exteriors
A panelized lath and drainage plane panel and system is disclosed. A panel comprises a patterned polymer board providing a continuous drainage plane and a metallic lath affixed to the patterned polymer board, such that a first pair of adjacent edges include an exposed surface of the patterned polymer board. The panel may also include a second pair of adjacent edges, opposite the first pair of adjacent edges include an overhang of metallic lath. The system provides an open-air space between the exterior of the structure and the polymer board to allow the egress of liquid water and water vapor. A wall system using such panels is also disclosed. Typically, a manmade or natural stone veneer or a stucco is applied over the system.

CEMENTITIOUS COMPOSITE SHELTER
A kit for a structure includes a plurality of frame elements that facilitate constructing a frame structure of the structure and a plurality of cementitious composite mats. The plurality of frame elements and the plurality of cementitious composite mats are assemblable to provide the structure. In response to the plurality of cementitious composite mats being hydrated in-situ, the plurality of cementitious composite mats cure to provide cement panels for the structure.
