Method for covering and accessing mate lines during building construction
A process for covering, protecting and providing access to mate lines during building construction comprising the steps of preparing a vertical and horizontal mate line closure flap, carrying out a vertical and horizontal mate line access process, carrying out a vertical and horizontal mate line closing process, repeating the vertical and horizontal mate line access and closing processes as required, and carrying out a vertical and horizontal mate line sealing process to complete the building weatherization.
Composite structural board and wall systems containing same
A composite structural board having a structural board and a water-resistant barrier (WRB) sheet, and a wall system comprising same, wherein a face of the structural board is discontinuously attached to the inner face of the WRB sheet solely by a first adhesive, the WRB sheet fully covering the face of the structural board; wherein the unattached areas between the face of the structural board and the inner face of the WRB sheet define paths by which a liquid can move between the face of the structural board and the inner face of the WRB sheet; in some instances the WRB sheet material extends beyond at least one edge of the structural board forming a WRB sheet flap.

Pre-fabricated deflection absorbent modular wall system
An L-bracket is provided to support manufacturered wall panels in a wall system. The L-bracket is attached to structural support members, such as floors, or hollow structural sections, so that any deflections in the floor system are accommodated in the wall panels. Each wall panel may be pre-fabricated to include shealthing, air/vapor barrier and insulation. Fasteners attach the shealthing of the wall panels to the L-bracket. Tape or strips may be applied between adjoining panels to provide a continuous air/vapor barrier for the wall system, and gaps in the insulation layer allows the air/vapor barrier to be sealed and inspected.
Insulated concrete masonry system
A insulated masonry wall system having insulation blocks between structural and face blocks to provide structures that are strong, inexpensive, avoid thermal bridges, and resist transmission of heat. The walls are attractive and versatile, and an enormous variety of decorative face members may be utilized. The face blocks are attached to the structural blocks to prevent facing materials from falling even if fire destroys the insulation blocks between the structural blocks and the facing. The system resists water penetration and effectively drains water that does penetrate any portion of the system.
