The frame has an aligning hole and a locking hole. The interlocking device includes a housing unit, a rotation transferring unit, a transmitting unit and a locking member. The rotation transferring unit has an input shaft and an output shaft. The transmitting unit is movable relative to and rotatable about the output shaft. The locking member has a head portion, a positioning portion and a threaded portion. The locking member is insertable into the aligning hole to permit the threaded portion to threadedly engage in the locking hole.

The present invention relates to a modular construction system with molding formwork or permanent formwork for concrete or reinforced concrete industry aimed at building construction. It Incorporates a number of key elements: structural-elements for forming flat walls, corner-elements, -elements connectors between the flat elements, auxiliary-elements of rectangular cross section which are located adjacent to the panels. Each cell has at least one of their edges a longitudinal rail and at the opposite end has at least one counter-rail so that they can connect adjacent elements. Along the inner surface of the flat structural elements exists at least one longitudinal rail in order to couple connectors between each pair of elements and stabilize the position. Once the final structure concrete is poured into the hollow interior of this cavity and flows through the perforations in the structure generating a textured finish that can also receive other materials for creating different types of coating.

Each panel spacing tie includes a mid-support section interposing in between and connecting to a pair of end sections by a living hinge with each end section being configured with a flange member for placement within an opposing spatial wedge of the tie receiver, whereby the living hinge possesses the capability of allowing the side panels to move inwardly toward one another in a racked position to yield compactness of the longitudinal block assembly for economical transport. The corner block assembly also includes corner panel spacing ties to supplementally reinforce its structure to withstand hydrostatic blowout caused by poured concrete.

Along a direction parallel to the straight pattern plate, two second pattern plates are coplanar and extend in opposite directions, and a plurality of connectors are rigidly arranged between the straight pattern plate and the two second pattern plates. A system and method for constructing an insulated concrete form (ICF) wall are provided. Vertically-oriented pairs of ICF foam panels of an ICF structure are erected above a footing, with vertical panel supports located along opposed vertical edges of each set of adjacent vertically-oriented panel pairs. An internal brace support, extending longitudinally along the structure, is installed between the individual panels of the panel pairs. Concrete is poured between the erected vertically-oriented ICF foam panels to complete the ICF wall.

A panel is disclosed for use in construction. The panel comprises opposing surfaces that extend between first and second opposite ends. The panel also comprises a plurality of parallel (e.g. sawtooth) ridges. The ridges are provided on at least one of the opposing surfaces. The ridges extend along and adjacent to a first of the opposite ends of the panel for at least a part length thereof. The ridges are arranged to engage with and move past corresponding ridges of an adjacent panel when the panels move relative to each other in opposite directions. The ridges are further arranged so as to interfere with the ridges of the adjacent panel to resist relative movement in a reverse of the opposite direction.

A method of construction of composite wall module system in which a first wall module and a second wall module are coupled to the first wall module by a vertical joint. The vertical joint is comprised of plurality of anchors and reinforcement bars as well as steel side plates allowing composite wall steel faceplates to be discontinuous across the vertical joint. The faceplates of the first and second modules are not made continuous across the vertical joint through continuous welding. The vertical wall joint further includes fill disposed between faceplates and side plates adjacent to anchors and reinforcement bars.
