SUSPENDED CEILING SYSTEM
A suspended ceiling system includes a polygon-shaped ceiling tile and a grid of profiles supporting the ceiling tile, the grid of profiles defining a frame in which the ceiling tile is arranged and supported. The ceiling tile includes a front surface, a rear surface and at least three side edges extending between the front surface and the rear surface. A side edge portion associated with each side edge includes a top tongue, a bottom tongue, and a groove extending along the side edge portion and separating the top tongue and the bottom tongue. The top tongues include engagement surfaces resting on the supporting flanges of the grid of profiles, and a distal end of each top tongue extends beyond a distal end of the bottom tongue such that a bottom section of the ceiling tile is insertable from above into the frame.
ACOUSTIC SYSTEMS FOR LIGHTING IN SUSPENDED CEILINGS
An acoustic housing, a light fixture, a suspended ceiling system, and a method of decreasing sound transfer from a light fixture in a suspended ceiling are disclosed. An acoustic hood for a light fixture in a suspended ceiling may include a partially enclosed space formed between a plurality of wall portions. A light fixture may include first and second layers that are coupled to one another and form a partially enclosed space. A suspended ceiling system may include the acoustic hood or light fixture. The method relates to disposing an acoustic housing spaced from the light fixture.
RADIANT CEILING PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A radiant ceiling panel for air conditioning of a room, including a radiating surface on which a tube system for conducting a fluid, in particular water, along the radiating surface is fixed, preferably directly. The length of the radiating surface exceeds its width by a multiple. The tube system includes at least two portions fluidically connected in parallel, in particular arranged in parallel. The radiant ceiling panel has a fastening system, in particular a rope-like fastening system, for freely suspended fastening to a ceiling, or at least elements for interacting with said fastening system. The at least two portions are guided together and back apart again in an assembly region of the radiating surface.
Ceiling panel for suspended ceilings
A ceiling panel for use in a gridwork of a suspended ceiling is provided. The ceiling panel includes a layer of foam insulation. A first facing sheet is positioned on a lower major face of the layer of foam insulation and a second facing sheet is positioned on an upper major face of the layer of foam insulation. A surface covering layer is positioned on an exposed face of the first facing sheet.
Modular dynamic acoustic ceiling panel
A modular dynamic acoustic system for use in connection with an indoor environment includes a movable panel array, a support structure, and a plurality of suspension members. The movable panel array includes a plurality of panel members, each of which including a body defining at least one edge, at least one hinge positioned along the at least one edge, and at least one mounting structure. The panel members are operably coupled with at least one adjacent panel member via the at least one hinge. Each of the plurality of suspension members is operably coupled with the support structure and the at least one mounting structure of one of the plurality of panel members to secure the movable panel array to the support structure. Each of the suspension members is movable to modify a configuration of the movable panel array.
Multi-layer acoustical building panels
The present invention is directed to an acoustic ceiling panel having a first major exposed surface opposite a second major exposed surface, the acoustic ceiling panel comprising: a first layer having an upper surface opposite a lower surface, the first layer comprising: a first body comprising a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending between the first and second major surfaces, the first body being air-permeable; and a first attenuation coating applied to the first body; a second layer having an upper surface opposite a lower surface, the second layer comprising: a second body comprising a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending between the first and second major surfaces, the second body being air-permeable; and a second attenuation coating applied to the second body; and an adhesive present between the first and second layers.
ACOUSTIC INSULATED CEILING SYSTEM
An acoustic insulated ceiling system is disclosed. The system comprises a first profile and a second profile. The system comprises a carrier layer connected to the first profile and the second profile. As such the carrier layer is suspended between the first profile and the second profile. The system comprises a bottom layer in a high density material. The bottom layer supports on the carrier layer. The bottom layer extends from the first profile to the second profile. The system comprises an intermediate layer in a low density insulation material. The intermediate layer supports on the bottom layer. The system comprises a top layer in a high density material. The top layer supports on the intermediate layer. The top layer extends from the first profile to the second profile.
Acoustic panels for a ceiling suspension system
A ceiling suspension system that includes a plurality of acoustic panels that are configured to be installed or attached into openings of a grid formed by main runners and cross runners of the ceiling suspension system. The acoustic panels include a plurality of main blades that extend in the same direction as the main runners and cross blades that extend in the same direction as the cross runners. Two or more of the main blades comprise a kerf in a first lateral edge of each main blade. The kerf comprises a first slot and a second slot that form a stepped configuration.
WALL CLADDING, PANEL AND ASSEMBLY
Fire resistant lightweight cladding 10 comprising thin sheet material having an outer layer which is predominantly steel and a thicker inner layer which is predominantly aluminium, the inner layer being a supporting layer and the sheet material being formed into a panel of predetermined outline and used in a fire-resistant wall panel assembly comprising a substrate supporting outer cladding sheets in side by side relation, each cladding sheet being a composite of a relatively thin steel layer and a relatively thick aluminium layer, the sheets described herein have a steel outer layer which is about 4 mm thick and an aluminium layer is about 2 mm thick and panel density from 6 kg/m2 to 9 kg/m2. The panels were tested according to British Standard BS 8414-22015 (amdt 1) as modified by Australian 5113-2016 (amdt 1) and the specimen passes the classification criteria 5.4.4(b) which concerns the temperature differential from outer fireside and inside and 5.4.5(g) which concerns debris.
