WOODEN PANEL COMPONENT, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A WOODEN PANEL AND USE OF A WOODEN PANEL COMPONENT
A wooden panel component (1) is provided having at least two layers (4) of cross-pieces (5) arranged within its frame (2). The cross-pieces (5) are orientated obliquely to opposing frame sides (6,7) of the frame (2) for bracing the wooden panel element (1) and the frame (2) thereof.
COMPONENT WITH STRUCTURED PANEL(S) AND METHODS FOR FORMING THE COMPONENT
A manufacturing method is provided during which a plurality of first apertures are formed in a first plate to provide an apertured first plate. The apertured first plate is configured from or otherwise includes first plate metal. A first sheet is bonded to the apertured first plate to form a first grid structure. The first apertures extend through the apertured first plate to the first sheet. The first sheet is configured from or otherwise includes first sheet metal.
INSULATED TRELLIS MAT
An electrically insulated trellis comprises a first array of parallel tubular members 2 and a second array of parallel tubular members 4. Each of the second array of parallel tubular members 4 is pivotably connected to a plurality of the first array of parallel tubular members 2 whereby to form a trellis 1. Each of the tubular members is formed from glass-reinforced polymer. A first set of fibres in the glass-reinforced polymer are substantially parallel and aligned in a first direction and a second set of fibres in the glass-reinforced polymer, distinct from the first set, are substantially parallel and aligned in a second direction different to the first direction.
Lath device, assembly and method
The present invention provides for a welded wire lath device having a plurality of longitudinal wires extending along a plane and in a longitudinal direction, a plurality of tension release devices disposed on the plurality of longitudinal wires, a plurality of transverse wires extending along the plane in a transverse direction; and a plurality of weld connections at each intersection point between the plurality of longitudinal wires and the plurality of transverse wires. Each of the plurality of tension release devices are randomly spaced along the plurality of parallel longitudinal wires. The longitudinal wires, including each of the plurality of tension release devices, have a rectilinear cross-section. The present invention also provides for a structural assembly, and related method, having the welded wire lath device attached to a structural support such as a wall or ceiling and having a cementitious material embedded within the welded wire lath device.
Construction element with pre-pressed boards
A construction element includes superposed wooden structural boards that are provided with grooved patterns at the contact interface between the boards in order to prevent the first board and the second board from sliding relative to each other along at least one axis. The construction element further includes a retention system for retaining the boards against each other at the contact interface. The grooved patterns are pre-pressed against each other and the retention system includes at least one metal threaded rod component at least partially passing through at least two of the wooden structural boards at the contact interface.
Construction system with crossed structural boards
A construction system includes a set of constituent elements, at least one of which includes at least two superimposed folds each including at least two wooden structural boards. In this system, at least two constituent elements are fixed together by a non-adhesive fixing device and at least two adjacent folds are held against each other by non-adhesive holding device. The faces in contact with two structural boards are at least partially provided, at their contact interface, with a set of grooved patterns arranged so as to prevent the structural boards from sliding one relative to the other along at least one first immobilisation axis. A method for manufacturing such a construction system is also disclosed.
Vacuum insulation panel
A manufactured apparatus formed via a deep drawn stamping process for use within a building as an insulation device applied both to the exterior sheathing of an existing or new edifice and also above the ceiling plane below its roof structure; which consists of two half vessels made from malleable material, each containing similar structural appurtenances on their exterior faces, which when bonded together encase a cruciform rigid plastic grid-like lattice having many apertures therein for the complete removal of air within this subsequently sealed vessel. This complete state of vacuum totally prevents or drastically stops the transmigration of heat energy loss via conduction and convection from the interior of a building's space to the outside environment during the winter months; and vice versa, thus also retarding any interior gain of ambient heat during the hot summer months.
GRATING SEPARATION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SEPARATING GRATING
Grating is formed from longitudinal members and transverse members that are operatively coupled together. The longitudinal members may be described as bearing members and the transverse members may be described as cross members that extend between the bearing members. The separation system and process of the present disclosure separates an initial grating having an initial grating width into multiple gratings have gratings widths less than the initial grating width. The separation system includes a driven die assembly having opposing dies, each opposing die having knives and spacers which interact to separate the cross members of the grating to create multiple gratings as the same time. The knives may be set up in different configurations in order to create any number of gratings having flush cross members (e.g., flush with the bearing members) and/or overhanging cross members (e.g., hang over the bearing members).
BUILDING FRAME, BUILDING FRAME STRUCTURE, BUILDING PANEL STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BUILDING
To provide a building frame for constructing a building, the frame being stronger than reinforced concrete, and being able to be relatively easily assembled at a construction site, without skills, and within a short time. Provided are a building frame and the like, the building frame being characterized by comprising: U-shaped parts that are arranged left and right so as to sandwich a center space in a cross-sectional view; and a connection part that connects top portions, on the center side, of the left and right U-shaped parts so as to form a reverse U-shaped part, wherein the longitudinal edges, on the far side from the center, of the U-shaped parts arranged left and right in the cross-sectional view are shorter than the longitudinal edges, on the center side, connected by the connection part.
