EXTERIOR WALL MEMBER ATTACHMENT MEMBER, LOWER END EXTERIOR WALL MEMBER ATTACHMENT MEMBER, AND EXTERIOR WALL MEMBER ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE
A representative exterior wall attachment member incorporates: a base portion having at least one screw insertion hole, and fixed to the exterior wall base member by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into an exterior wall base member; a first holding portion which sandwiches and retains a back side protruding portion of an upper exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side; and a second holding portion which sandwiches and retains an upper end protruding portion of a lower exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side.
Attachment system for decking and siding
A deck system including hold-down devices for attaching deck boards to deck support structures and a siding system including attachment devices for mounting siding boards to wall structures. Hold-down devices are attached to deck support structures by horizontally-extending fasteners and attach the deck boards to the deck support structures without fasteners providing paths for water to pass through the deck boards into the support structures. Deck board engagement members of the hold-down device extend into slots in deck boards. Siding board attachment devices are mounted on upright surfaces of wall structures using horizontally extending fasteners. Siding boards are mounted with a standoff distance providing ventilation space behind and between siding boards.
Pressure equalized rainscreen systems and methods
Systems and methods for a pressure equalized rainscreen (PER) and for mounting the same to a building. A PER system includes a panel disposed over an exterior wall that defines a cavity adjacent to the building for pressure equalization. Moisture is drained out of the cavity via a first opening(s), and air flows into and out of the cavity for pressure equalization via a second opening(s). The panel is configured to hinder flowing air via the first opening(s) and hinder draining moisture via the second opening(s). The PER system is mounted using a plurality of mounting strips that demarcate wall portions corresponding to panels for covering those wall portions. Each panel is movably engaged with a mounting strip for support and to allow deformation of the panel once fastened to the exterior wall.
Mounting clip for the floating mounting of wall and ceiling panels
A mounting clip (1) for the floating mounting of wall and ceiling panels consisting of composite wood materials, said panels being connected to one another without adhesive by corresponding locking profiles to form a wall or ceiling covering and being fastened to a substructure. The mounting clip has a base board (2), a receiving portion (4) formed in one piece with the base board and intended for engaging in a locking profile of a panel, wherein the receiving portion has a distancing piece (5) arranged as far as possible perpendicularly to the plane of the base board, and a contacting piece (6), which adjoins the distancing piece and is arranged as far as possible parallel to the plane of the base board, and a slot (8) is provided in the base board for fastening the mounting clip to a fastening means on the substructure the slot can be at least 1.5-4 cm long and extend transversely with respect to the contacting piece.
SOLAR CELL MODULE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE, HOUSE, AND SOLAR CELL MODULE
The present invention provides a solar cell module installation structure that can be installed on a wall surface of a building, and provides a house and a solar cell module.
A support member has a support surface that spreads out substantially in a vertical direction. A locking piece of the support member has: a locking part that faces the support surface at an interval and extends upward; and a connection part that connect the locking part and the support surface. A frame member of the solar cell module has: a holding recess that sandwiches a part of a main body panel of the solar cell module and is in contact with a light receiving surface and a back surface of the main body panel; and a mounting part that is provided on a back surface side of the main body panel, has higher rigidity than the main body panel, has a length longer than or equal to ½ of one side of the main body panel, and extends in the vertical direction. A mounting-side engagement part of the mounting part is a notch that is provided in a lower end part and has a depth extending upward in the vertical direction. The support member is configured to support the solar cell module such that the locking part is inserted in the mounting-side engagement part and such that the solar cell module can be inclined with an inclination angle more than or equal to 10 degrees with respect to the support surface.
WALL OR CEILING PANELS AND WALL OR CEILING COVERING
A rectangular panel which, on the first and on the second pair of opposite edges, has coupling parts configured for easy installation in a wall or ceiling covering. A locking occurs between the coupled panels; and a wall or ceiling covering that includes such panels
Clamp for connecting panels in surface coating structure, and manufacturing method
A clamp (51) for connecting panels in a surface coating structure on a base frame comprises a fixable element (100) and a rotatable element (200) having an upper part (220), projecting after its rotation from the fixable element (100) and provided with end (21, 22) of engagement in lateral grooves of adjacent panels. The rotatable element (200) has an intermediate part (280) and a lower part (290) which are constituted by two coaxial discs, the disc of the intermediate part (280) having a smaller diameter than the disc of the lower part (290). The fixable element (100) has two communicating coaxial holes (10, 11) housing the intermediate part (280) and the lower part (290) with a wide coupling to allow rotation of the rotatable element (200) with respect to the fixable element (100). A manufacturing process of the clamp (51) is also described.
BUILDING EXTERIOR INSULATION STRUCTURE
An exterior insulation structure includes a first board member, first supporting members, a first thermal insulator, second supporting members disposed on the exterior side of the first supporting members, a second thermal insulator disposed on the exterior side of the first thermal insulator and between the second supporting members, securing members fixed to the exterior side of the second supporting members, and exterior wall members attached to the securing members. The adjacent exterior wall members are joined together without leaving a gap therebetween. Each securing member is long enough, in the second direction, to be fixable to at least two second supporting members and shorter, in the second direction, than each exterior wall member. A first gap is left between the securing members adjacent in the second direction. At least part of each second supporting member is made of a material having a thermal conductivity lower than that of steel.
