The panel guide having a central gap, at least one or more weather strip mounting area, and a mounting extension, wherein said mounting extension is configured to mount said panel guide to the wall. The cladding system further include a U cover that is configured to install in the central gap. The U cover includes a screw cover place holder that is configured to secure a screw cover for covering a fastening screw that is used to secure the panel guide and said U cover to the wall.
WALLBOARD FASTENING DEVICE WITH GUIDE FLANGE
A wallboard fastening device secures first and second wallboards to a framing member without fasteners passing through the wallboards. The device includes first and second framing panels joined along lengthwise edges at a frame seam to form a two-sided frame that fits around the framing member. The device includes first and second flat-spring flanges joined along lengthwise edges at a front seam. The device includes a channel-dividing panel joined lengthwise to the front seam and to the second framing panel to form first and second channels that are sized to receive edges of the wallboards. The device includes a guide flange joined lengthwise to the frame seam. A corner edge of the second wallboard may be pushed against the guide flange such that the corner edge slides along the guide flange, thereby guiding the second wallboard into the second channel.
Interlocking tiles
A tile system for a burn room includes a plurality of interlocking surface tiles, each surface tile having an upper portion and a lower portion. The lower portion extends beyond at least a portion of a perimeter of the upper portion to define a flange. The system further includes a plurality of interlocking corner tiles configured to interact with at least one of the plurality of surface tiles; and a bracket system for securing the plurality of surface tiles and the plurality of corner tiles to a surface.
Mounting member and building wall structure
Provided are a mounting member and a building wall structure that allow a mounting operation to be performed with ease. A mounting member 10 can be equipped with an abutment member 30. The mounting member 10 includes a substrate portion 11, a wall portion 12, a protruding portion 13, a supporting portion 14, a first locking portion 15, and a second locking portion 16. The wall portion 12 protrudes from one side edge 11A of the substrate portion 11 relative to the substrate portion 11. The protruding portion 13 protrudes from the other side edge 11B side of the substrate portion 11 to the same side as the wall portion 12, and has a length L13 of protrusion from the substrate portion 11 shorter than the length of protrusion of the wall portion 12 from the substrate portion 11. The abutment member 30 includes a mounting portion 31 that can be fixed onto at least one of the substrate portion 11 and substantially the same plane 8P as the substrate portion 11 from the protruding portion 13 side, an erect piece 32 that is provided erecting in a direction intersecting the mounting portion 31, and that protrudes toward the side opposite to the substrate portion 11, and a clamping portion 33 that is formed as a single piece with the mounting portion 31, and that is capable of clamping the protruding portion 13 from a direction intersecting the substrate portion 11.
MANUFACTURED INTERIOR FINISH SYSTEM
A manufactured interior wall finish system and a manufactured ceiling finish system are described.
Methods of fastening a wall panel to a wall, kits, and wall assemblies
A method of fastening a wall panel to a wall, according to one illustrative embodiment, comprises coupling a retaining body to a mounting body mounted on an outer surface of the wall adjacent a side edge of the wall panel. Coupling the retaining body to the mounting body may comprise coupling a first connector on an inner surface of the retaining body to a second connector on the mounting body, and positioning a retainer on the retaining body against a retaining surface on the wall panel to fasten the wall panel to the wall. Kits and wall assemblies according to other illustrative embodiments are also disclosed.
Siding panel installation
A siding panel installation system can include a support tray channel with a first leg and a second leg opposite the first leg, where the second leg of the support tray channel is offset from a mounting face plane of the first leg by a support tray connecting the first leg and the second leg together. The siding panel installation system can also include an inside mounting clip with an attachment leg and a support channel spaced apart from the attachment leg and offset from a mounting face plane of the attachment leg, where the support channel of the inside mounting clip is configured to receive the first leg of the support tray channel. The siding panel installation system can include an outside corner clip with an attachment leg and a support channel spaced apart from the attachment leg and offset from a mounting face plane of the attachment leg.
