METHOD FOR INSTALLATION OF A CEILING SYSTEM
A method is for installing a ceiling system attached to a structural ceiling surface. The method includes illuminating, in sequence and by a projector, different subsets of a set of optical sensors separately arranged in a known distribution pattern on the structural ceiling surface. Each optical sensor of the set of optical sensors is arranged to output a temporal signal indicative of a level of illumination. The method also includes determining an image plane relative to the projector based on the known distribution pattern of the set of optical sensors and the outputted temporal signals of each of the optical sensors, and displaying, by the projector, an image indicative of installation locations of the ceiling system at the image plane.
Cement siding tolerance device and measurement tool
A cement siding tolerance device and measurement tool, which has a main panel having a tab and a ridge, whereby the tab and the ridge perpendicularly extend from the main panel at opposite sides. The main panel has a front face, a rear face, a top edge, a bottom edge, first and second lateral edges, and a plurality of holes. The main panel has ruler-markings adjacent to the first and second lateral edges. The main panel is rectangular in shape. The tab perpendicularly extends from the front face separated a predetermined distance from the bottom edge, and the ridge perpendicularly extends from the bottom edge at the rear face. The tab and the ridge measure clearances and gaps between siding and trim products with solid surfaces building elements.
COOLER PANEL LIFTING ASSEMBLY
A cooler panel lifting assembly includes a jig having substantially vertically oriented bars spaced apart from each other with an attachment device for attaching the jig to a lifting mechanism; and a roller for rolling the jig loaded with a plurality of panels in a direction of the lifting mechanism.
Lapboard siding installation tool
A tool to facilitate the installation of lapboard siding on a structure that clamps to the last installed lapboard siding by urging the clamping channel back leg between the last installed lapboard siding and the next to last installed lapboard siding with the horizontal base shelf urged against the bottom edge of the last installed lapboard siding. A reveal slide with reveal board shelf adjusts vertically to create an accurate space between the last installed lapboard siding and the next installed lapboard siding commonly referred to as Reveal. A fastener locator adjusts vertically to locate fasteners above the reveal area of the lapboard siding.
Apparatus, system and method for panelizing and installing wall and roof panels
An apparatus, system and method of forming a plurality of panels into a panelized section of panels and installing the panelized section on the frame of a building to form a wall or roof of the building. The apparatus has a panelizing assembly which sits on the ground or other surface to allow the user to accurately position panels for the panelized section and a lifting apparatus that helps form the panelized section and lifts the panelized section to the building's frame. The panels are aligned using positioning devices on the panelizing assembly and cap members on the lifting assembly, each of which have profiles that correspond to the profile of the panel so the panel is squeezed between the lifting assembly and the panelizing assembly. Panels from a bundle of panels are positioned on a frame of the panelizing assembly using a cart that rolls on a rail track.
Adjustable support
An adjustable support, comprising a base, a first tubular member extending upwardly from the base, the first tubular member comprising a first friction lock, a second tubular member arranged in telescoping engagement with the first tubular member, the second tubular member comprising a second friction lock and, a non-abrasive transverse member pivotably arranged on the second tubular member, wherein the first friction lock telescopingly secures the second tubular member within the first tubular member and the second friction lock pivotably secures the transverse member to the second tubular member.
Envelope system for solar, structural insulated panel, modular, prefabricated, emergency and other structures
A method for assembling tiles onto a substrate relating to permanent and temporary envelopes for building construction, roads, emergency constructions, and civilian, military, air, naval and space vehicles, based on the integration of a foldable flexible backer member with tessellations, resulting in a stackable, portable, installable assembly.
