SLIDER DEVICE AND HANDRAIL APPARATUS
There is provided a slider device that includes: a slider main body that can move in the extending direction of a handrail while holding the handrail; and a plurality of pairs of rollers that are provided on the slider main body in a plurality of places apart from each other in the extending direction of the handrail, grasp side surfaces of the handrail, and can travel on the side surfaces of the handrail. One of the rollers facing each other across the handrail is a fixed roller fixed to the slider main body and the other of the rollers facing each other across the handrail is a movable roller supported in such a manner as to be able to get farther or closer with respect to the handrail, and each movable roller is biased toward the handrail by a biasing member.
GUARDRAIL MOUNTING BRACKET
A guardrail mounting bracket includes an upper bracket assembly comprising an upper support component and an upper clamp component; a lower bracket, wherein the upper clamp component is oriented between the upper support component and the lower bracket; and a clamp fastener supported by the upper support component and configured to engage the upper clamp component, the clamp fastener movable relative to the upper support component to selectively bias the upper clamp component towards the lower bracket.
Guardrail mounting bracket for staircase
A guardrail mounting bracket for a staircase includes an upper clamping bracket comprising an upper post engagement portion and an upper stair engagement portion, the upper stair engagement portion defining an upper stair engagement surface; a lower clamping bracket comprising a lower post engagement portion and a lower stair engagement portion, the lower stair engagement portion defining a lower stair engagement surface; and a front clamping bracket coupled to the lower clamping bracket and defining a front stair engagement portion.
BEAM FOR FORMWORK SYSTEMS
A beam for formwork systems, with a transverse cross-section that is symmetrical with respect to an axis of symmetry and having, in succession:
a first portion with two C-shaped profiles, which are arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to the axis of symmetry, with mutually opposite cores and cavities directed outward, connected by a plate for connection between two mirror-symmetrical wings thereof,
a connecting element, which extends along the direction of the axis of symmetry, between the plate for connection and a base,
a second portion with two protrusions which extend from the base and are provided with transverse end elements.
Safety rail system and method for using same
Embodiments of the disclosure provide a safety rail. The safety rail may include a body disposed on first and second adjustable boots. The first and second adjustable boots may be adapted to secure the safety rail to an excavation support structure. The body may include a lower rail connected to the first and second adjustable boots.
FALL RESTRAINT SYSTEM
The present system for fall restraint includes a mounting frame connected to a trigger mechanism and firing blocks, with a trigger cable extending through apertures in the mounting frame and trigger mechanism. Sudden movement by a user, such as a fall, actuates the trigger mechanism to trigger the firing blocks. The firing blocks are loaded with anchors and firing cartridges. Triggering the firing blocks causes the cartridges to fire, propelling the anchors into an anchoring surface, such as a roof. Because the user is connected to the trigger cable, once the anchors deploy the user is anchored to the roof and their fall arrested.
System and Method for an Edge Clamp and Railing
An apparatus for an edge clamp and railing on a construction floor having a vertical post with a fixed extended tab or an L-shaped mount with a vertical and horizontal surface, a moveable L-shaped mount with a vertical slot, a cam lever movably attached to the post with a rotation pin inserted through an aperture in the movable L-shaped mount for engagement to a floor between moveable L-shaped mount and the fixed extended tab or L-shaped mount, and a locking pin affixed through the cam lever into a seat mounted on the movable L-shaped mount. The moveable mount is selectively engaged in apertures in the post. The opposing mounts may have a plurality of convex stabilizer to engage the floor surfaces, and the cam has a set pin. The lower mount may have a loop for attachment of a safety cord and the post may have a railing mounted therein.
Fall protection guardrail
A fall protection guardrail system and method used for construction of multi-story wood-framed buildings, which comprises a support bracket comprised of an attachment member and a pole support, and further comprises a pole with integrated rail supports. For a framed wall that is lying in a horizontal position, the support bracket is easily attached to a framing member of the framed wall, and the pole is inserted into the pole support. Then the framed wall is moved into the vertical position and secured to other framing. When the floor or roof is placed atop the framed wall, rails are inserted into the rail supports and secured. When the building is finished, the guardrail support system is easily removed, disassembled, and reusable. In some embodiments, a scaffolding frame may be attached to the support bracket, and the pole inserted into the scaffolding frame.
Deck Framing Device
A deck framing device relates to a clamp-based system that can be safely implemented without risk of damaging rails, banisters, or other such existing mounting structures. A set of clamps allows the apparatus to mount securely and removably atop a deck, especially the railing of a deck. The clamps may be adjustable to accommodate for different widths of railings or supports. A vertical post extends upwards from around each of the clamps. These vertical posts are connected by horizontal beams that are optimized for the support of various items, including, but not limited to, curtains, ornamental lighting fixtures, blankets, and more. In many versions, the horizontal beams may expand telescopically to allow for customizable length adjustment or may be cut down to an appropriate size and fit into hinged supports extending from the top portions of the vertical posts. Various threaded fasteners ensure that customization is both convenient and intuitive.
BASE EXTENSION FOR GUARDRAIL SYSTEM
A guardrail system can include, in some aspects, a guardrail base defining an effective support length of the guardrail system; and a base extension lockably engagable with the guardrail base and extending the effective support length upon engagement with the guardrail base, the effective support length defined by a combined portion of the guardrail base and the base extension that rotate together upon any rotation of the guardrail base about an X-axis of the guardrail system.
