AUTOMATED BUILDING WASHING APPARATUS
An automated building washing device generally includes one or more rotational brushes having a vertical rotational axis coupled to a window washing swing stage. The brushes are horizontally movable from end-to-end along the longitudinal direction of a window washing swing stage while rotating about their vertical axis so that a relatively large portion of building surface can be quickly cleaned.
System and Method for Cleaning External Walls of Building
This solution is for washing and cleaning the external walls of a building, and adopts a lightweight six axis robotic arm mounted on a mini-gondola hoisted by a pulley system with the controlling motor located within the mini-gondola, while another set of motor located on the pulley system at the roof-top end drives the mini-gondola to traverse laterally on a set of twin-rails on the roof-top of the building. Four vacuum suction cups mounted on the minigondola through linear actuator are used to secure the mini-gondola to the wall. Each linear actuator has three ultrasonic distance sensors that measure and manage the distance between the mini-gondola and the wall to be cleaned. Once the gondola is in position, the robotic arm will be activated to start the cleaning process.

Window Cleaning System Especially for High-Rise Buildings
A window with incorporated window cleaning features has a deployable window cleaning robotic arm normally disposed within a compartment at one side of the window frame, and which is normally concealed behind doors. The robotic arm can be deployed by opening the doors, and allowing the arm to move across the window pane, spraying water or cleaning fluid onto the window, and then wiping the window with a rubber blade on the robotic arm. Waste water drains out via a channel in the lower frame member, and returns to a water reservoir in the compartment, where the water is filtered and can be reused.

Automated building facade cleaner
An automated building faade cleaner includes a cleaning module attached to multiple guide cables. The cleaning module can be moved along a height of the building by hoists secured to a top of the building. A cleaning fluid is fed into the cleaning module by a fluid supply module. The liquid is sprayed onto the building from nozzles in the cleaning module. A suction line, connected to a suction module, provides suction within the cleaning module for collecting loose water and dirt produced by the cleaning module. The building faade cleaner may be automated to operate without human interaction.
Exterior Wall Maintenance Apparatus
The present invention provides an exterior wall maintenance apparatus. In certain embodiments, the exterior wall maintenance apparatus comprises a suspension means; and a suspended platform, where the suspended platform is physically coupled with the suspension means and the suspension means moves the suspended platform vertically and horizontally in parallel to an exterior wall of high rise buildings.
AWNING CLEANING TOOL
An awning cleaning tool for cleaning awnings and other structures employing awning-like material. In one implementation, the awning cleaning tool includes a cleaning head unit having a squeegee-like leak guard, one or more powered brushes, a row of water-detergent applicator nozzles, and an elongated extraction port. The awning cleaning tool also includes an elongated extension and a control handle. During cleaning, a water-detergent mixture is sprayed via the nozzles onto the top surface of the awning and the powered brushes work the water-detergent mixture into the material of the awning to dislodge the dirt and debris. The used water-detergent mixture, dirt and debris are extracted via the extraction port. Any excess water-detergent mixture is captured by the leak guard so that it does not run down and off the awning.
Multiphase liquid cleaning system
A cleaning system and wherein one or more surface cleaning devices use high-pressure, high-temperature water from a pressure module for surface cleaning, and wherein the waste water resulting from the surface cleaning is recovered, and wherein the solid waste matter within the waste water is filtered and separated into solid waste matter and clean filtered water, wherein the filtered water is reused by the cleaning apparatus and the solid waste matter is available in a form that can be disposed of by traditional means.
