The lock includes a plug for receiving the key shank. The plug is rotatable with respect to a housing in the unlocked state of the lock and includes a keyway, which is defined by a predetermined geometry. At least one keyway shaping element is provided, which is formed separate from the plug and is fixed to the plug such that it is immovable relative to the plug when the key shank is inserted into the plug. A protruding portion of the at least one keyway shaping element protrudes into the keyway to redefine its geometry.

TUBULAR LOCK FOR PUSH LOCKING

A tubular lock for push locking has a lock housing, a switching handle mounted in a front end portion of the lock housing, an upper pin seat and a lower pin seat mounted in the lock housing and the switching handle, and multiple pin assemblies and a core shaft mounted in the upper pin seat and the lower pin seat. A key is only needed when unlocking the tubular lock, and then the tubular lock can be locked by pushing the core shaft. The tubular lock can be used to latch a pivotal mechanism. When the tubular lock is in an unlocking state, the user can switch the latch to the locking angular position or an unlocking angular position by turning the switching handle without using the key. Therefore, flexibility and convenience in using the tubular lock can be efficiently improved.

The cover is detachably assembled with the tubular lock, and has a covering board segment, a screw rod segment, and a first fitting segment. The covering board segment covers the keyhole. The screw rod segment is detachably screwed in the cover screw hole of the tubular lock. The first fitting segment is formed on the covering board segment. The disassembling unit has a second fitting segment. The second fitting segment corresponds in shape and size with the first fitting segment of the cover, such that the second fitting segment is adapted to engage with the first fitting segment, and the disassembling unit is capable of rotating the cover.

ANTI-VANDAL PADLOCK
20230110118 · 2023-04-13 ·

An anti-vandal padlock has a base, a buckling unit, two anti-sawing sleeves, a ball, and a locking mechanism. The base has a mounting passage and an annular groove formed on an inner surface of the mounting passage. The buckling unit has two straight segments. The second anti-sawing sleeve is rotatably and axially-movably mounted in the mounting passage, and has a ball hole. The ball is mounted in the second anti-sawing sleeve and is capable of protruding out of the ball hole. In the locked state, the locking mechanism makes the ball engage in the annular groove to limit movement of the second anti-sawing sleeve, such that the buckling unit cannot be detached from the second anti-sawing sleeve. The two anti-sawing sleeves are rotatably mounted on the two straight segments such that the buckling unit cannot be sawn off and has a better anti-theft ability.

KEY, LOCKING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR OPENING OR CLOSING THE LOCKING SYSTEM

The invention relates to a closing system having a key (1.1) coded in a quantum-physical manner, which withstands very high mechanical forces, wear, or temperatures. The key consists, for example, of a solid stainless-steel bar having, for example, a diameter of 8 mm and, for example, a length of 120 mm. The coding of the key (1.1) is based on a quantum-physical solid body cryptography. The matter of the solid main body is partially changed in such a way that this change can be read out by means of read-out methods suitable therefor. The coding occurs into the depth of the main body such that external influences such as damage to the surface do not impair the function of the key. The quantum key processed in such a way has no visible or perceptible features of the coding. More than 500 billion different codings are accommodated on a length of approximately 50 mm. The locking system comprises a decoding unit on the lock for decoding the codings, which have been introduced into the solid metal of the key in a quantum-physical manner. The arrangement according to the invention offers a locking system that is extremely resistant to forgery and manipulation, on the basis of quantum-physical solid body cryptography.

An all-plastic, tumbler-free cam lock includes a cylindrical lock body with a flange extending radially from the distal end to be glued to a surface surrounding a mounting hole. The lock body has a bore extending axially and a central spindle received coaxially in the bore. A key has a cylindrical tubular key body insertable concentrically between the lock body shoulder and the distal end of the spindle. A pair of outer key lugs extend radially outwardly from the tubular key body to pass through the key channels of an interior shoulder of the lock body, thus permitting access only by one key configuration. A third key lug extends radially inwardly from the inner surface of the tubular key body to engage a keyway channel of the spindle.
