A lock with a roller deadbolt includes a driving member having a first slot and a transverse slot. The driving member is connected to a first spring, a second spring and a positioning rod. A deadbolt includes a body, an insertion member, a roller and a slide. The driving member is connected to the body. The insertion member is received in the body. The second spring biases the insertion member. The slide is restricted by the positioning rods of the driving member and has a first guide pin extending through the first slot. The slide is movable along the first slot. The guide hole includes an extension slot and an inclined slot which inclinedly communicates with the extension slot. When in a non-transmission position, the roller protrudes beyond the receiving space. When in the transmission position, the roller does not protrude beyond the receiving space.

A lock assembly, comprising: a lock cylinder comprising a cam; a deadbolt comprising a first cam follower and a second cam follower, each of the first cam follower and the second cam follower being configured to receive the cam; wherein rotation of the lock cylinder in a first rotational direction causes the cam to communicate with the first cam follower to drive the deadbolt from a retracted position to a first extended position, and further rotation of the lock cylinder in the first rotational direction causes the cam to com- municate with the first cam follower to drive the deadbolt from the first extended position to a second extended position; wherein rotation of the lock cylinder in a second rotational direction opposite to the first rotational direction causes the cam to communicate with the second cam follower to drive the deadbolt from the second extended position to the first extended position, and further rotation of the lock cylinder in the second rotational direction causes the cam to communicate with the first cam follower to drive the deadbolt from the first extended position to the retracted position.

A lock with a long-travel deadbolt includes a first guide member and a loop-shaped rail. A driving member is slidably mounted to the first guide member and includes a second guide member and a third guide member. A third notch is defined in an underside of the driving member. An extension plate is eccentrically and pivotably connected to the second guide member. An extension slot is defined in the extension plate and the first guide member slidably extends through the extension slot. A stop plate is pivotably connected to the third guide member and has an extension portion which has a corner protruding from a side thereof. The third notch and the corner are located at the rail. When rotating the core, the first guide member moves from one end of the extension slot to the other end of the extension slot, the deadbolt travels at least 22 mm.

A lock with replaceable modules includes a first part and a second part which is connected to the first part. The lock has a latch bolt recess, a restriction recess and a deadbolt recess so as to selectively install a latch bolt, a restriction bolt and a deadbolt. A lock block is selectively installed in the restriction recess. The lock includes an installation slot which can be selectively oriented in different directions, and a core recess for receiving the deadbolt. The lock is selectively installed with different components by features of modularization and normalization so as to reduce inventory pressure. The customers may install the lock to entrance doors, gate doors, storage room doors, emergency doors, room doors, bathroom doors or the like.

A lock with an emergency unlocking feature includes a latch bolt, a top rotation member, a restriction plate and a driving member. The driving member is connected to the deadbolt. When the top rotation member is rotated from a close position to an open position while the lock is locked, a restriction member drives the restriction plate to press a resilient unit. The restriction plate is moved to disengage the engaging member on the restriction plate from the second notch of the driving member. The guide slot of the transmission plate pulls the second guide member to move the deadbolt to the unlocked position, and the latch bolt moves to the open position. When in an emergency situation, the user rotates the handle to retract both of the deadbolt and the latch bolt without using a key to unlock the deadbolt to save time.

A lock comprising a latch bolt and a dead bolt, a dead bolt lever to move the dead bolt, a key actuated cylinder with a rotary driving bit, a second turn latch bolt lever to move the latch bolt by using the key, a second turn latch bolt driver as an intermediary between the driving bit and the second turn lever, a spring urging the second turn driver in the path of the driving bit, and a locking mechanism to lock the dead bolt. The second turn driver comprises a follower portion which, upon actuation by the driving bit, moves the second turn driver out of the path of the driving bit thereby preventing the driving bit from being blocked. The locking mechanism comprises a slot having two catches and a spring biased lever mounted on the dead bolt lever to lock the dead bolt lever.

A window metalware comprising: a strip, a rod, locking members, a rack, and a pinion. The strip is mounted on the window strut. The rod, slidably mounted on the strip, has an outer surface and an inner surface. The locking members are firmly mounted on the rod. The rack is firmly mounted on the rod. The pinion is rotatably mounted on the strip to engage the rack. The axis X of the pinion is fixed on the strip, and the rod is between the strip and the pinion. The pitch surface of the rack is spaced, with respect to the inner surface of the rod, towards the strip, beyond the half thickness of the rod. The rod comprises an aperture inside which a canal-shaped structure is inserted and the rack is placed in the canal-shaped structure.

A lock with a long-travel deadbolt includes a first guide member and a loop-shaped rail.
