ALIGNMENT GUIDE FOR A DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY

A door handle assembly includes an interior chassis, an exterior chassis, and an alignment guide. The interior chassis includes an interior trim portion, an interior handle mount rotatably attached to the interior trim portion, and an interior spindle portion rotatable with the interior handle mount. The exterior chassis includes an exterior trim portion, an exterior handle mount rotatably attached to the exterior trim portion, an exterior spindle portion rotatable with the exterior handle mount and axially aligned with the interior handle mount, and a mounting post extending toward the interior chassis from the exterior trim portion offset from the exterior spindle portion. The alignment guide is removably attached to the interior trim portion and is formed of a resilient material. The alignment guide extends toward the exterior chassis from the interior chassis and includes an aperture aligned to receive the mounting post.

In an embodiment, the present application discloses a door lock, comprising: a knob, positioned on a side of a door; a lock body, disposed within the door; and a connecting assembly, comprising a connecting shaft, comprising a front end and an opposite, rear end; and a receiving piece, comprising a connecting shaft receiving portion and a knob receiving portion. The knob receiving portion is configured to fixedly connect to the knob, and the connecting shaft receiving portion is configured to receive and detachably connect to the rear end. In an installed state, the front end acts on at least a part of the lock body to control the open and close of the lock body. The connecting shaft receiving portion and the rear end further have at least two connecting mechanisms in a longitudinal axis direction, so as to adjust the distance between the knob and the lock body. The door lock can adapt to doors of different thicknesses by adjusting the distance between the knob and the lock body.

The retainer clip is configured to extend through the cylinder housing into registry with the plug after the plug and adapter are inserted into the cylinder to thereby retain both the plug and the adapter in the cylinder housing, whereby installation of the cam lock in the cabinet is simplified.

A washer plate is sandwiched between the inside face plate and the outside face plate. An inside cylinder and an outside cylinder are connected between the inside plate and the outside plate. An inside collar is connected between the inside face plate and the inside cylinder, and an outside collar is connected between the outside face plate and the outside cylinder. When the door lock is set in ready-to-open mold, the door can be opened by either rotating the shafts or the door handle by one hand. When the door lock is set in locked mold, the door cannot be opened by simply rotating the door handle.

A rotary locked structure of a door lock includes a tubular driving part and connected to a first knob. The driving part includes a restriction portion. An inner tube is received in the driving part and has a positioning portion located corresponding to the restriction portion to restrict rotational movement of the inner tube in the driving part. A restriction unit is formed axially in the inner periphery of the inner tube. A shaft includes a connection portion that includes a positioning unit located corresponding to the restriction unit to restrict rotational movement of the shaft in the inner tube. The driving part, the inner tube and the shaft are pre-assembled in factories. The inner tube and the shaft are not limited to be engaged in only one direction. The spindle and driving column can be directly connected to the inner tube and the shaft without rotating the inner tube and shaft.
