WINDOW REGULATOR
A window regulator includes a carrier plate, a guide rail, an ascending-side wire and a descending-side wire, a driving portion, and a turnaround portion. The driving portion includes a rotating drum, a reducer, and a driving motor including a yoke portion that is arranged to be adjacent to one side of the reducer in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the ascending/descending direction. The guide rail is arranged so as to in the orthogonal direction overlap only the ascending-side wire fed out from a first wire feeding-out position at the one side of the rotating drum in the orthogonal direction toward the turnaround portion between the ascending-side wire and the descending-side wire fed out from a second wire feeding-out position at an other side of the rotating drum in the orthogonal direction toward the carrier plate.
WINDOW REGULATOR
In a window regulator which moves a slider base, slidable along a guide rail, via a pair of wires, the slider base includes: a guide portion which is fitted to the guide rail to be movable in the longitudinal direction thereof; first and second wire engaging portions with which ends of the wires are engaged, respectively; and first and second force application portions which receive a force in a moving direction of the slider base from the wires, and the guide portion is positioned in at least one of the areas between the first force application portion and the first wire engaging portion and between the second force application portion and the second wire engaging portion in the widthwise direction of the guide rail. This makes it possible to obtain a window regulator which is superior in smoothness of operation and operating efficiency of the slider base.
WINDOW REGULATOR
A window regulator has a guide rail extending in a drive direction of a window glass, and a slider supporting the window glass and supported on the guide rail so as to slide in the drive direction. In the window regulator, the guide rail has a grease application region extending in the drive direction, and the slider has multiple grease application portions provided along the drive direction to apply grease in a stepwise manner to the grease application region.
WIRE REGULATOR
A task is to provide a wire regulator that can prevent a wire and a guide rail from rusting and prevent an operation failure of the wire regulator. A first rain water guide part 170 that prevents rain water from entering an ascending wire end housing part 157, a descending wire end housing part 163 and a gutter part 161 is provided at a part above a lower end of the ascending wire end housing part 157 of a slider 103, and the first rain water guide part 170 includes first eaves 171, and second eaves 173 that overlap the first eaves 171 on a lower side of the first eaves 171 and in a drop direction R of the rain water.
PULLEY CONNECTOR BRACKET FOR WINDOW REGULATOR SYSTEMS
A bracket (102) for mounting a pulley (42a) of a window regulator assembly (30) to a carrier 18a of a closure panel (14) of a vehicle (10), the bracket comprising: a body (106) having a first portion (108) and a second portion (110); a pulley aperture (100a) in the first portion, the pulley aperture having a pulley rotation axis (100b); a connection aperture (104a) in the second portion, the connection aperture having a connection axis, such that the connection axis and the pulley rotation axis are non-concentric; wherein a first fastener (100) is used connect the pulley to the pulley aperture and a second fastener (104) is used to connect the bracket to the carrier.
WINDOW REGULATOR
A window regulator includes a carrier plate holding a windowpane, a drum rotated by driving a motor that generates a driving force, a wire whose one end is connected to the carrier plate and whose other end is connected to the drum, a wire end fixed to an end on a side of the one end of the wire, and a housing member that is formed of a synthetic resin and houses the wire end. The housing member is configured to define a housing hole that is surrounded by a base in which an inserting hole to insert the wire is formed, and a sidewall that is formed extending from an outer edge of the base. The wire end is housed in the housing hole while being pressed against a protrusion that protrudes from the sidewall.
SLIDING DOOR MODULE
A sliding door module includes a resin base coupled to an inner panel of a sliding door, a window glass lifting/lowering device that lifts and lowers a window glass, and a door movement device that moves the sliding door. The window glass lifting/lowering device and the door movement device are coupled to the base.
WINDOW REGULATOR MANUFACTURING METHOD AND TENSION APPLYING METHOD FOR DRIVE WIRE
The method includes a step of fixing the other end of the drive wire to the drive drum; a step of temporarily placing one end of the drive wire in a temporary placement portion provided on the drum housing; and a step of applying tension to the drive wire by moving the one end of the drive wire to an engaging portion provided on the drive drum after canceling the placed state of the one end of the drive wire in the temporary placement portion by pulling a portion of the drive wire on the one end side thereof by winding a portion of the drive wire on the other end side thereof by the drive drum with the one end of the drive wire placed in the temporary placement portion.
Vehicle window regulator, and vehicle door structure comprising the vehicle window regulator
A window regulator comprises a carrier plate, a drive unit, a raising cable, a lowering cable, and a guide rail. The carrier plate is attached to a lower part on a first edge part side of the windowglass. The drive unit is capable of raising and lowering the windowglass via the carrier plate. The drive unit and the carrier plate are coupled by the raising cable and the lowering cable. The guide rail mates with the carrier plate so as to guide the carrier plate and constrain the operation of the windowglass to directions that intersect movement directions of the carrier plate.
WINDOW REGULATOR FOR VEHICLE
A window regulator for a vehicle includes a guide rail, and a slider base ascendably and descendably supported by the guide rail, to which a window glass is fixed, and ascends and descends the slider base with respect to the guide rail. The guide rail includes a vehicle width-direction wall extending along a vehicle width direction, and the slider base includes a restricting wall which restricts movement of the slider base along a vehicle longitudinal direction, and an anti-rattle portion positioned toward a side of the vehicle width-direction wall with respect to the restricting wall in the vehicle longitudinal direction, the anti-rattle portion restricting movement of the slider base in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
