The driving portion includes a rotating drum, a reducer, and a driving motor including a yoke portion that is arranged to be adjacent to one side of the reducer in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the ascending/descending direction. The guide rail is arranged so as to in the orthogonal direction overlap only the ascending-side wire fed out from a first wire feeding-out position at the one side of the rotating drum in the orthogonal direction toward the turnaround portion between the ascending-side wire and the descending-side wire fed out from a second wire feeding-out position at an other side of the rotating drum in the orthogonal direction toward the carrier plate.
Door operator with isolated components
A movable barrier operator includes a first side panel having a first opening and a second side panel, opposing the first side panel, where the second side panel has a second opening. The operator further includes a motor having a first side and an opposing second side including a first shaft extending in a first direction and a second shaft of the motor extending in a second opposite direction. The operator further includes a first bearing, the first bearing inserted into the first opening of the first side panel, wherein the first shaft of the motor is inserted through the first bearing and a second bearing, the second bearing inserted into the second opening of the second side panel, wherein the second shaft of the motor is inserted through the second bearing to thereby prevent transfer of vibration from the motor to the second side panel.
Vehicle door window glass support structure
A vehicle door window glass support structure includes: a sash part protruding upward with respect to the door panel; and window glass that is elevated or lowered along the sash part, in which the sash part includes a glass position regulating means that determines the position of the window glass in both vehicle interior and exterior directions and an intersecting direction that intersects the vehicle interior and exterior directions at least at a position where the window glass is elevated most. This configuration makes it possible to improve the position accuracy of the window glass with respect to the sash part, enhancing the appearance quality and the support performance of the window glass.
VEHICLE DOOR STOPPING APPARATUS
A stopping apparatus includes a drum that rotates in a first rotation direction during opening of a back door and rotates in a second rotation direction during closing of the back door; a locking member that shifts between a locking position where the locking member prevents the rotation of the drum in the first rotation direction and an unlocking position where the locking member allows the rotation of the drum in the first rotation direction; and a shifting mechanism to shift a position of the locking member from the unlocking position to the locking position when a shifting operation is performed in a situation where the locking member is located at the unlocking position, and maintain the position of the locking member at the locking position when the shifting operation is performed in a situation where the locking member is located at the locking position.
Automated door assembly for a dishwasher appliance
An automated door assembly for a dishwasher appliance includes a door frame pivotally mounted to the cabinet. An extension arm is mounted to and extends away from the door frame at approximately 90 degrees. A motor is mounted to the cabinet and is coupled to a distal end of the extension arm by a cable. The motor is selectively rotated to wind and unwind the cable to move the door frame between the closed position and the open position. A latch assembly engages a striker mounted on the door frame to initiate the opening and closing process.
WATER-CONDUCTING DOMESTIC APPLIANCE COMPRISING A SWITCHABLE AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL DOOR-OPENING ASSEMBLY
A domestic appliance includes: an appliance housing which provides an appliance compartment and has a loading opening for access to the appliance compartment; an appliance door mounted so as to be rotatable about a pivot axis for closing the loading opening; a motor unit in operative connection with the appliance door and by which the appliance door is transferrable from an open position to a closed position closing the loading opening; and a clutch device arranged between the motor unit and the appliance door and in operative connection with the motor unit on a drive side thereof and with the appliance door on a driven side thereof. The clutch device has a clutch that is switchable and transferrable from a disengaged position to an engaged position and vice versa, the clutch causing an automatic switching from the disengaged position to the engaged position during operation of the motor unit.
Cable drive device of a motor vehicle, window lifter and cable drum
A cable drive device of an adjustment system of a motor vehicle has an actuating drive and a cable drive housing in which a cable drum that is rotatably coupled to the actuating drive and has a traction cable wound thereon is received. The cable drum, for receiving a cable nipple fastened to the traction cable, on at least one end side has a nipple chamber having a chamber opening and mutually spaced apart chamber walls. The nipple chamber on at least one of the chamber walls has a delimiting element. The cable nipple when introduced into the nipple chamber by way of the chamber opening engaging below the delimiting element.
DRIVE DEVICE HAVING A BRUSHLESS ELECTRIC MOTOR
A drive device has a transmission housing with an external rotor-type electric motor. The electric motor is coupled to the transmission and is actuated by a motor electronic unit. The electric motor has a stator and a rotor which circulates about the stator and is connected to a drive shaft that is guided through a stator bushing with a first sleeve section for holding the stator bushing in the transmission housing in a rotationally fixed manner and with a second sleeve section. A groove frame insulation which surrounds the stator teeth in the axial direction is placed on the second sleeve section. An annular element which is arranged between the first sleeve section and the groove frame insulation and which has a joint element is placed on the second sleeve section of the stator bushing. The joint element engages into a joint contour of the first sleeve section.
WINDOW REGULATOR MANUFACTURING METHOD AND TENSION APPLYING METHOD FOR DRIVE WIRE
The method includes a step of fixing the other end of the drive wire to the drive drum; a step of temporarily placing one end of the drive wire in a temporary placement portion provided on the drum housing; and a step of applying tension to the drive wire by moving the one end of the drive wire to an engaging portion provided on the drive drum after canceling the placed state of the one end of the drive wire in the temporary placement portion by pulling a portion of the drive wire on the one end side thereof by winding a portion of the drive wire on the other end side thereof by the drive drum with the one end of the drive wire placed in the temporary placement portion.
Drive assembly for a window lifter having a stop ring for a cable drum
A power window actuator includes a carrier element having an opening, a cable drum includes a portion is inserted into the opening of the carrier element in such a manner that the portion at least partially extends through the opening, and a cable exit housing disposed on a first side of the carrier element includes a bearing element supporting the cable drum on the first side of the carrier element so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis. At least one bearing element projects radially with respect to the rotation axis from the portion, the bearing element engaging a counter bearing on a periphery of the carrier element surrounding the opening of the carrier element.
