MOVABLE PANE WITH BIASED RETAINER
20180010374 · 2018-01-11 ·

In at least some implementations, a window assembly for a motor vehicle includes a guide rail having at least one wall that defines at least part of a guide track, a movable pane associated with the guide rail and movable relative to the guide track along a path of movement defined by and between a closed position and a fully open position, and a retainer. The retainer may be coupled to the movable pane and be movable with the movable pane, and be located at least partially within the guide track. The retainer may further include at least one biasing member that is engaged with the wall along the path of movement to limit movement of the retainer relative to the guide rail.

DOOR DRIVE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR OR MOTOR VEHICLE FLAP

A door drive for a motor vehicle door or motor vehicle flap, which is provided with an electromotive drive, a transmission downstream of the drive, and a force-transmission element. The force-transmission element is operatively connected to a leaf of the motor vehicle door or motor vehicle flap. An output element of the transmission and the force-transmission element are coupled by a toothing with compensation for play. According to the invention, the output element and/or the force-transmission element are not only designed to be moveable for play compensation, but can also be permanently fixed after the compensation for play.

Refrigerator

A refrigerator includes a cabinet: a door formed to open and close the cabinet; an upper moving part coupled to the door and formed to be moved in a first direction with respect to the cabinet; a lower moving part disposed under the upper moving part, including an upper adjustment member configured to move the upper moving part in the first direction, and guiding the upper moving part to be linearly moved in the first direction; and a fixing part fixed to the cabinet under the lower moving part, including a lower adjustment member configured to move the lower moving part in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and guiding the lower moving part to be linearly moved in the second direction.

TOP-HANGING SLIDING DOOR INCLUDING WEDGE DESIGN TOP SEAL

Systems and methods for providing a door seal system for top-hanging sliding doors. In some implementations, two angled mating surfaces are used, one angled surface on a fixed frame and one reversed angled surface on the slideable door panel. The slideable door panel slides directly parallel to the fixed door frame. A mating seal surface is created that is only in frictional contact for a small portion of the linear slide distance of the door panel. In some implementations, rather than placing two opposing angled seal surfaces, the sealing system has one angled surface on the fixed door frame. In such implementations, the sliding door panel is adjusted to be in a reverse angled orientation relative to the angled surface of the fixed door frame. Seal designs for the rear vertical edge of the slideable door panel are also provided herein.

IMPROVEMENTS TO HINGES OR THE LIKE

Disclosed is a hinge assembly comprising a first hinge leaf assembly and a second hinge leaf assembly, each having their respective hinge leaf. The first hinge leaf assembly is connectable to the second hinge leaf assembly and when so connected the first hinge leaf assembly is rotatable relative to the second hinge leaf assembly about an axis. The hinge assembly further comprises at least one mounting member fixable to a moveable barrier or a structure through a fixing arrangement. The first and/or second hinge leaf is connectable to the at least one mounting member so as to be adjustable relative thereto in a least one direction. A locking arrangement is also included to releasably lock the first and/or second hinge leaf to the at least one mounting member. The locking arrangement is operative to adopt a hold condition where relative movement between the first and/or second hinge leaf and the at least one mounting ember is prevented, and a released condition where the first and/or second hinge leaf is able to be adjusted relative to the at least one mounting member. The locking arrangement includes a locking element disposed between the first and/or second hinge leaf and the at least one mounting member, and movable relative to both the first and/or second hinge leaf and the at least one mounting member to cause the locking arrangement to adopt the hold condition or the released condition.

SLIDING DOOR ROLLERS

A sliding door roller for a sliding door includes a slide disposed within a housing and a truck assembly disposed within the slide. When the truck assembly is retracted within the slide, the truck assembly and the slide are at least partially engaged to as to restrict or prevent the truck assembly from dropping out of the housing and rotating within the housing. The truck assembly being disengaged from the slide via an adjustment fastener to move the truck assembly towards and extended position relative to the housing.

Adjustable Hinge and Method Adjustment

The present invention relates to the field of hinges and carriage mechanisms, such as a hinge and carriage mechanism adapted to hang a door, gate, panel, window or the like. The present invention is suitable for use with a means of providing height adjustment for a door and can reduce undesirable tampering and improve the security of the hinges and door assemblies by controlling the orientation of specific part of a hinge to limit access to the fastener.

RETRACTION DEVICE FOR TWO END POSITIONS
20210381293 · 2021-12-09 ·

A retraction device for two end positions has two driving elements which are connected to one another by a spring energy accumulator. Each driving element is displaceably mounted in a respective guide housing. A sliding door has such a retraction device, and a sliding door arrangement has such a sliding door. Each driving element is coupled or can be coupled to a cylinder-piston unit mounted in the respective guide housing. Both guide housings are adjustable relative to one another in the longitudinal direction of the retraction device by means of at least one sliding joint. This provides a retraction device for two end positions, which can be used for a range of door widths without design modifications.

Automatic bump stop assembly

The present disclosure relates to a bump stop assembly that includes a housing, a stopper, and a biasing device. The stopper is moveable relative to the housing and includes a head, a shaft extending from the head, and a plurality of recesses distributed along the shaft. The biasing device is disposed within the housing, and is operable to engage and disengage with at least one recess based on a load exerted on the stopper.

Rail for guiding a carriage of a furniture door

A rail for guiding a carriage of a furniture door, in which the rail has at least one mounting part. The at least one mounting part can be fastened to a furniture part, which is formed by a side wall of a piece of furniture, and can be releasably connected to a guide part. The guide part has at least one guide for the carriage.
