Spindle drive assembly, vehicle flap with a spindle drive assembly and method for installing a spindle drive assembly
A spindle drive assembly for opening and/or closing a vehicle flap including a spindle drive assembly housing extending along a spindle drive axis and, between its axial ends, a stop section acting axially on both sides. A motor gear unit is arranged on a first side of the stop section and a spindle unit is arranged on a second side of the stop section. Furthermore, a vehicle flap with such a spindle drive assembly. In addition, a method of assembling a spindle drive assembly.
GATE HINGE PIN ASSEMBLY
A gate hinge pin and strap assembly for attachment to a wooden post for supporting a gate including a J-bolt or threaded L-bolt with a metal strap affixed to the bolt between the threads and cylindrical neck portion. A bendable metal strap extends on each side of the J-bolt or threaded L-bolt. The L-shaped rod is threaded into the post until the metal strap contacts the post. Then each bolt of the metal bracket is bent around the post and screws or lag bolts are threaded through the holes and into the post to help secure the hinge to the post and to provide added support for the gate.
BRAKING DEVICE FOR A DRIVE DEVICE
A brake arrangement for a drive apparatus, in particular for a drive apparatus for adjusting a vehicle flap, includes a brake housing (2), wherein the brake housing (2) comprises a first brake housing part (3) and a second brake housing part (7), a first brake element (13) which is arranged non-rotatably in the brake housing (2), a second brake element (15) which is arranged rotatably in the brake housing (2), and a preload means (19) for preloading one of the first brake element (13) and second brake element (15) toward the other of the first brake element (13) and second brake element (15) in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L) of the brake housing (2). The brake housing (2) has a connecting section (11) for connecting the first brake housing part (3) and the second brake housing part (7), and in that the first brake housing part (3) and the second brake housing part (7) are welded to one another in the connecting section (11).
SPINDLE DRIVE
A spindle drive for an adjustment element of a motor vehicle, including a tubular drive housing having a first housing pipe, a spindle/spindle nut transmission configured to produce linear drive movements, a first drive connection and a second drive connection configured to discharge the drive movements, the first drive connection forms with one of the transmission components a first drive train component and the second drive connection forms with the other of the transmission components a second drive train component. A housing cover axially closing the drive housing and arranged in an axially secure manner relative to the first drive connection. The first housing pipe arranged in an axially secure manner relative to the first drive connection. A housing collar in a first coupling portion of the spindle drive connected to the first housing pipe and in a second coupling portion coupled to the housing cover.
HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR A VACUUM INSULATED DOOR
A hinge assembly for a vacuum insulated door includes a hinge plate that defines an aperture, and a bracket has a body and is configured to be welded with the vacuum insulated door. A hinge pin is operably coupled to the body of the bracket and rotatably coupled within the hinge plate. A bushing is disposed within the aperture defined by the hinge plate and rotatably coupled to the hinge pin.
FURNITURE FITTING HAVING AT LEAST ONE ROTARY LEVER AND AT LEAST ONE BEARING PIN
A furniture fitting for the movable mounting of a furniture part, in particular a furniture flap, on a furniture panel, includes a main body, a rotary lever, and a bearing pin. The bearing pin is connected to the main body and/or to at least one base lever, and the rotary lever has a hole and the bearing pin projects through the hole. The rotary lever has, in at least one region surrounding the hole, a widened portion which extends at least in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the bearing pin.
BODYWORK PART WITH INTEGRATED ANTI-PINCHING SYSTEM
A bodywork part for a motor vehicle is provided. The bodywork part includes a main body made from a plastic material and an anti-pinching system. The latter comprises a capacitive sensor comprising at least a first conductive wire integrated into the thickness of the main body by welding, said capacitive sensor being able to detect the presence of an object or a hand of a user in said peripheral zone.
Monopole door hinges and assemblies
The present disclosure describes a monopole door hinge assembly. The assembly may comprise a monopole comprising a door, the monopole and door both having an interior surface, and a plurality of hinges. Each hinge may comprise a base member configured to be secured to the interior surface of the monopole; and a rib member having a supporting portion and a mounting portion, the supporting portion having an arcuate profile that corresponds to an arcuate profile of the interior surface of the door and the mounting portion is pivotably attached to the base member. The base member of each hinge is mounted to the interior surface of the monopole and the supporting portion of each hinge is mounted to the interior surface of the door, thereby securing the door to the monopole.
DRIVE DEVICE FOR A WINDOW LIFTER HAVING A GEAR COVER
A drive device for use in an adjusting apparatus configured to adjust a vehicle part, including a drive housing provided with a housing pot, a drive gear disposed in the housing pot and rotatable about an axis of rotation, an output element operatively connected to the drive gear, and a gear cover, connected to the housing pot and annularly extending about the axis of rotation, and including a cover body provided with a first edge portion connected to the housing pot and a second edge portion protruding radially inwards relative to the first edge portion.
