Device and method for continuously driving a tunnel

In a device and a method for continuously driving a tunnel along a desired setpoint trajectory there is provision to influence pressing forces which are applied to installed tubbing segments by compactors using a control circuit, wherein, during the driving and during the installation of tubbing rings, an actual trajectory of the device remains in a region which is permissible for maintaining the desired set point trajectory.

Shield method

A shield method includes the steps: providing a first cylindrical frame 31 at a position where an entrance 12 is to be formed in an inner surface of an earth retaining wall 11 of a shaft 1; excavating a horizontal hole 5 in the underground by a shield machine 2, and sequentially adding and building, in the excavation direction, a plurality of segments 4 on an inner diameter side of the horizontal hole 5 while forming the entrance 12 in the shaft 1; temporarily stopping water from a gap between the entrance 12 and the shield machine 2, and removing excavated soil and pieces 6 that enter the first cylindrical frame 31 as the entrance 12 is formed; and coupling a second cylindrical frame 32 having a sealing member 35 attached thereto to an inner open end of the first cylindrical frame 31.

Propulsion control device of tunnel boring machine for 3D printing a tunnel

A propulsion control device of a 3D printing-based tunnel boring machine, includes two propulsion control modules, and each of which includes tunnel support assemblies, a propulsion control assembly and a barrel body, where a propulsion sliding sleeve is arranged on an outer surface, and several tunnel support assemblies are arranged on an outer side of each propulsion sliding sleeve. Support plates on the two propulsion control modules alternately rise to support a 3D printed tunnel pipe. In the propulsion control module with the support plates in a closed state, a propulsion hydraulic cylinder controls a propulsion hydraulic cylinder extending end to contract, so as to pull the propulsion sliding sleeve to a front section of the barrel body; and in the propulsion control module with the support plates in a support state, the barrel body continuously advances relative to the propulsion sliding sleeve.
