The hydraulic oil control valve includes a sleeve, a spool slidably moving in an axial direction within the sleeve, and a filter member configured to capture foreign matters contained in the hydraulic oil. The sleeve includes an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve defining therein an axial hole extending in the axial direction. A space between the axial hole and the inner sleeve in a radial direction serves as a hydraulic oil supply passage. The filter member is disposed in the space to overlap with at least one of internal members in the inner sleeve when viewed in the radial direction.

A clip filter for a hydraulic valve, the clip filter comprising a carrier frame; and filter elements received in the carrier frame, wherein the carrier frame is configured annular and includes a clip filter lock, wherein a first end of the carrier frame and a second end of the carrier frame are engageable with each other for closing the clip filter, wherein the first end of the carrier frame includes a lug shaped clip element and the second end of the carrier frame includes a recess that is complementary to the lug shaped clip element, and wherein a clip filter lock is configured for a maximized opening force.
CONTROL VALVE
A control valve includes a valve housing extending along a longitudinal axis. The valve housing defines an inlet port, a first outlet port, and a second outlet port. In addition, the control valve includes a spool guide disposed inside the valve housing and a flow guide belt disposed around the spool guide. The flow guide belt is disposed inside the valve housing. The control valve further includes a spool movably disposed in the spool guide. The spool can move relative to the valve housing along the longitudinal axis between a first spool position and a second spool position. The first outlet port is in fluid communication with the inlet port when spool is disposed in the first spool position.
Camshaft phaser
A camshaft phaser, including: an inner rotor with radially outwardly extending vanes which is connected to the inner camshaft; a stator having radially inwardly directed projections which contact the outer surface of the rotor and form working spaces into which the vanes extend, the vanes divide the working spaces into first and second sets of pressure chambers which can be pressurized with a hydraulic medium in order to rotate the rotor in an advancing or retarding direction; a front cover connected to a front side of the assembly defining a front side of the pressure chambers; and a rear cover connected to the rear side of the assembly defining a rear side of the pressure chambers, having first and second protrusions directed toward and meshed with complementary first and second indentations on an outer camshaft.
Valve timing adjustment device
A drain port of a hydraulic oil controller is connected to an oil discharge portion. Each of partitions partitions between a corresponding one of drain oil passages and a corresponding one of a retard supply oil passage and an advance supply oil passage. Each of the drain oil passages connects between the oil discharge portion and a corresponding one of a retard chamber and an advance chamber. A recycle oil passage connects between: a portion of each drain oil passage located between the corresponding partition and the drain port; and the retard supply oil passage or the advance supply oil passage. A drain flow restrictor is formed in the portion of each drain oil passage located between the corresponding partition and the drain port. A passage cross-sectional area of the drain flow restrictor is smaller than a smallest passage cross-sectional area of the recycle oil passage and is constant.
Valve unit with axial pressure medium unit
A valve element for a hydraulic control device, in particular valve sleeve (1) or valve housing for a control valve on internal combustion engines or transmissions of motor vehicles, wherein the valve element has a displaceable control piston (2) which is subjected to load on one side by a spring (3) which is supported on a spring support (4) which is fixed to the valve element. The spring support (4) has at least one opening (7) which is connected to a pressure medium line, and the pressure medium line is in the form of a pressure medium inlet line. An axial filter (8) is arranged at the opening (7) of the spring support (4) and/or the opening (7) of the spring support (4) is provided with a check valve (9).
PISTON FOR A HYDRAULIC VALVE FOR A CAM PHASER AND HYDRAULIC VALVE FOR THE CAM PHASER
A piston for a hydraulic valve of a rotation phaser, wherein the piston is configured hollow cylindrical, wherein the piston is axially movable in a central opening extending along a first longitudinal axis of a housing of the hydraulic valve, wherein operating connections of the housing are opened and closed according to a position of the piston, wherein the piston includes check valves which prevent an unintentional outflow of a hydraulic fluid flowing through the piston from an inner cavity of the piston in flow through openings of the piston associated with the operating connections, wherein the piston is configured with check valves in its inner cavity that open towards its interior cavity, wherein the check valves are fixated by a spacer element that is arranged between the two check valves. The invention also relates to a hydraulic valve for a rotation phaser of a cam shaft.
OIL CONTROL VALVE FOR SUPPLYING OIL AT END PORTION AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides an oil control valve with an end oil supply and an assembling method for the same, the oil control valve includes: a valve body, provided with an oil inlet at one axial end thereof; a compression spring located in the valve body and being in a compressed state; and a filter for filtering hydraulic oil flowing from the oil inlet into the valve body, wherein the filter comprises an annular body portion and a strainer fixedly disposed on the annular body portion; the filter is located in the valve body, the compression spring is located on a side of the filter far away from the oil inlet and stands against an end surface of the annular body portion; an inner circumferential surface of the valve body is provided with a clamping slot; and the filter further comprises a bump, the bump protrudes from an outer circumferential surface of the annular body portion and outwardly extends into the clamping slot along a radial direction. Technical solution of the present disclosure simplifies structure of an oil control valve, thus assembling process is simplified, assembling time is shortened, and cost is reduced.
