Composition for sliding member
A composition for sliding member includes a binder resin, a solid lubricant, and an epoxy modified silicone oil having an epoxy group at both ends or at one end thereof. A weight ratio of the binder resin and the epoxy modified silicone oil is 97:3 to 75:25.
Swash plate pump having control pins in series
A swash plate type piston pump includes a plurality of pistons, a cylinder block including a plurality of cylinders for housing the pistons, a swash plate for reciprocating the pistons to expand and contract volume chambers of the cylinders with the rotation of the cylinder block, a biasing mechanism for biasing the swash plate in a direction to increase a tilting angle, a first control pin for driving the swash plate in a direction to reduce the tilting angle according to a first load pressure, and a second control pin for driving the swash plate in a direction to reduce the tilting angle according to a second load pressure. The first and second control pins are connected in series.
Variable displacement swash-plate compressor
A variable displacement swash plate type compressor includes a rotary shaft, a swash plate, and an actuator, which changes the inclination angle of the swash plate. The actuator includes a partition body and a movable body, which moves in a direction along the rotational axis of the rotary shaft. The movable body includes a guide surface, which changes the inclination angle of the swash plate, and a sliding portion, which slides on the rotary shaft or on the partition body. When viewed from a direction that is perpendicular to the direction in which the rotational axis of the rotary shaft extends and perpendicular to a first direction, the guide surface is configured such that a perpendicular line or a normal line to the guide surface intersects with the rotational axis of the rotary shaft in a zone surrounded by the sliding portion.
Wobble plate compressor and oxygen concentrator using the same
An oxygen concentrator includes a wobble plate compressor having one or more double-headed pistons and cylinders. A wobble plate of the compressor does not spin as an axle rotates, but orbitally tilts relative to the axle, thereby causing the double-headed pistons to move within the respective cylinders.
Piston compressor
A piston compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a fixed swash plate, a plurality of pistons, a movable body, and a control valve. The housing includes a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores and a plurality of first communication passages. The movable body has a second communication passage that intermittently communicates with each of the first communication passages by rotation of the drive shaft. A flow rate of refrigerant discharged from a compression chamber into a discharge chamber changes according to a position of the movable body in a direction of an axis of the drive shaft. The control valve is configured to control a control pressure. The first communication passages are connected to the second communication passage by the movable body and disconnected from the second communication passage by the drive shaft.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A WATER-HYDRAULIC MACHINE
A method for producing a water-hydraulic machine having a first member (1) and a second member (2) in sliding contact with a contact surface (3) of the first member (1), wherein the second member (2) comprises a surface made of a friction reducing plastic material and the contact surface (3) is a metallic surface, is disclosed. The machine should have a low risk of damages. To this end, the method includes the steps of using a first member (1) comprising a first part (4) having the contact surface (3) and a second part (5), using a high temperature hardening process at a temperature of at least 1000 C. to give a deep surface hardening of the contact surface (3) of the first part (4), machining of the first part (4) to the desired geometry, assembling the first part (4) and the second part (5) to form the first member.
Variable displacement swash plate type compressor
A variable displacement swash plate type compressor includes a first and a second valve body, and a suction and a bleed window. An open degree of the suction window is minimized by the first valve body and an open degree of the bleed window is maximized by the second valve body when a suction pressure is lower than a predetermined suction pressure and a crank chamber pressure is higher than a control pressure. The open degree of the suction window is increased and the open degree of the bleed window is maximized when the suction pressure is higher than the predetermined suction pressure and the crank chamber pressure is higher than the control pressure. The open degree of the suction window and the open degree of the bleed window are decreased when the crank chamber pressure is lower than the control pressure.
Method for producing a swashplate
The invention relates to a swashplate (5) for a swashplate compressor (1) comprising a main swashplate body (8), which is made from a sintering material, and to a method for producing the swashplate (5).
Shoe for compressor
There is provided a shoe for a compressor with improved seizure resistance. The shoe for the compressor includes: a first sliding face that slides on a piston; a second sliding face that slides on a swash plate; and a recess formed in the second sliding face. In a section along a height direction and scaled up 1000 times in the height direction and 10 times in a radial direction, a connecting portion between the second sliding face and the recess 53 is formed in a rounded shape with a radius R2 larger than 5 mm.
High pressure axial piston pump with multiple discharge ports
A high pressure axial piston pump displaces high pressure, high volume fluid into a 1994-2003 7.3 liter power stroke or T444E International engine. A pump housing forms a central borehole, an intake port, and two discharge ports angled about 122 degrees from each other and in fluid communication with engine. A drive shaft rotates a cylinder block about an axis of rotation. A cam is tilted at an angle relative to axis of rotation. Multiple pistons, having a cam end and a block end, reciprocate through cylinder block. The cam end is constrained to follow surface of cam. When pistons move proximally to tilted cam, the block end restricts intake of fluid, and cam end enables discharge of fluid. When pistons move distally from tilted cam, the block end enables intake of fluid, and cam end restricts passage through discharge ports. The pump is fabricated from billet aluminum material.
