The compressor unit (10) also comprises an operating shell (21) covering the housing (17) and in thermal communication with the side wall (20). The operating shell (21) dissipates heat transmitted to it by the housing (17) and contrasts or absorbs or dissipate sound waves having a frequency of between 4 kHz and 16 kHz.
Reciprocating compressor
A reciprocating compressor is provided that may include a shell including a vibration absorbing member formed to be wound around an outer circumferential surface or an inner circumferential surface or stacked thereon, so that compressor vibration may be attenuated by frictional contact between the shell and the vibration absorbing member or between layers of the vibration absorbing member. Also a noise insulating layer may be formed between the shell and the vibration absorbing member or between the layers of the vibration absorbing member, so that a magnitude of noise may be reduced as vibration noise passes through the noise insulating layer, whereby vibration noise of the compressor, such as noise of a high frequency band, may be further attenuated by fine vibration.
ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR
An electric compressor includes a compression portion, an electric motor, an inverter, a housing, a support bracket, a vibration insulator, and a soundproofing cover. The compression portion is configured to compress a fluid. The electric motor is configured to drive the compression portion. The inverter is configured to drive the electric motor. The housing includes an outer peripheral surface that has a cylindrical shape and accommodates the compression portion, the electric motor, and the inverter. The support bracket is fastened to the housing and supports the housing to an object to which the electric compressor is mounted. The vibration insulator is interposed between the support bracket and the object. The soundproofing cover is made of an elastically deformable sound absorbing material and covers the housing and the support bracket.
Vacuum pump
A pump includes a pump chamber in which a rotor with gates is supported so that it can rotate, an electric motor for driving the rotor, an outlet, and an inlet port that is fastened to a mounting plate and is in active connection with an inlet channel. The pump should be improved so that its service life and reliability are improved with minimal installation complexity in a vehicle, wherein intense cleaning of lines and devices connected on the suction side can be eliminated. This is achieved in that a filter is arranged in the area of the inlet channel between the mounting plate and the pump chamber.
COMPRESSOR FOR AUTOMOBILE AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE
A compressor (100) comprises a compressor body (10), a pipe (20) connected to the compressor body (10), and an acoustic cover disposed so as to surround the compressor body (10). The acoustic cover (30) has an insertion hole (31) through which the pipe (20) is inserted while being in close contact with the pipe (20), and an inner surface (30A) of the acoustic cover has a shape that traces an outer surface (10A) of the compressor body (10). Due to this configuration, it is possible to reduce the size and the weight of the acoustic cover (30), and by using the acoustic cover (30) with a simpler structure, it is possible to reduce the noise of the compressor (100) of this automobile air conditioning device.
APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR REDUCING VACCUM PUMP NOISE
An apparatus for applying a vacuum during a surgical procedure can include a vacuum pump assembly having a port, a first housing, a second housing, a first silencer or tubular magnet and a second silencer. The first housing can define a first cavity receiving the vacuum pump assembly therein. A portion of the first housing can be formed by a portion of the port. The second housing can define a second cavity receiving the first housing therein. A portion of the second housing can be formed by a second portion of the port. The first silencer or tubular magnet can be coupled to the first housing and can have a longitudinal extent along a longitudinal axis. The first silencer or tubular magnet can extend from the first housing within the second cavity. The second silencer can be coupled to the second housing and can have a longitudinal extent along a longitudinal axis. The second silencer can extend from the second housing within second cavity.
Package-type air-cooled screw compressor having a cooling air exhaust opening in the package with a duct extended downward with a lower-end inlet placed not viewable from the center position of the compressor
A package-type air-cooled screw compressor has a compressor body relating to an air-cooled screw compressor, a drive motor, a package that houses the compressor body and the drive motor, an intake opening that takes in an air that cools the compressor body and the drive motor, an exhaust opening that exhausts the air, a duct extended downward from the exhaust opening, to transport the air to the exhaust opening, and an exhaust fan that exhausts the air. A lower end of a wall face constituting the duct is extended downward so that a lower-end inlet of the duct is placed at a position not viewable from a center position of the compressor body.
Compressor unit
A compressor unit includes a compressor, an electric motor which is lined with the compressor along the horizontal direction and drives the compressor, and a sound shielding member which reduces noise generated by the compressor. The sound shielding member has a shape of surrounding the compressor on a first side, a second side and a third side of the compressor and exposing the electric motor, the first and second sides being in a depth direction perpendicular to a lined direction in which the compressor and the electric motor are lined, and the third side being opposite to another side of the compressor where the electric motor is located in the lined direction.
Vacuum pump with sound absorption and check valve
A vacuum pump with a primarily cylinder-shaped pump housing is provided. A bowl-shaped sound-absorbing cover is attached on the pump housing and a circumferential gap space for sound absorption is formed between the pump housing and the sound-absorbing cover. The pump housing has an end face in which at least one air outlet opening is arranged. An elastic upstream sound absorber element is arranged between the end face and the sound-absorbing cover so that an upstream chamber is formed therebetween into which the air flows from the air outlet opening. The upstream sound absorber element has a molded projection facing the end face with an air channel passing through the projection. The projection is arranged at a distance from the end face during operation of the vacuum pump. While the vacuum pump is idle, the projection makes contact with the end face through elastic deformation of the upstream sound absorber element, causing the air channel to be closed off and creating a check valve function.
