SCROLL CASING AND CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR

A scroll casing of a centrifugal compressor includes a scroll part forming a scroll passage of the centrifugal compressor. The scroll part has a near-circular scroll cross-section which includes a first arc portion extending from a connection position with a hub-side passage surface of a diffuser passage of the centrifugal compressor (first position) to a one-direction side (side toward fourth position), a second arc portion formed on the one-direction side of the first arc portion so as to include at least a part of a region between an outermost end in the radial direction (second position) and an innermost end in the radial direction (fourth position), and a third arc portion formed on the one-direction side of the second arc portion so as to include an end position of the scroll part on the one-direction side (fifth position) and satisfies a relationship of R2>R3, where R2 is a curvature radius of the second arc portion, and R3 is a curvature radius of the third arc portion.

COMPRESSOR

A compressor according to an embodiment includes: a rotational shaft provided with a compressor impeller on one end side; a rolling bearing device for rotatably supporting the rotational shaft; and a housing for housing the rolling bearing device. The rolling bearing device includes: an inner ring mounted on the rotational shaft; an outer ring supported by the housing with application of a load from the housing in an axial direction of the rotational shaft; a rolling element disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring; an elastic member disposed on an outer circumferential side of the outer ring so as to come into contact with the housing; and a sliding portion disposed on one end side of the outer ring in the axial direction so as to come into contact with the housing.

COMPRESSOR

A compressor according to an embodiment includes: a rotational shaft provided with a compressor impeller on one end side; a rolling bearing device for rotatably supporting the rotational shaft; and a housing for housing the rolling bearing device. The rolling bearing device includes: an inner ring mounted on the rotational shaft; an outer ring supported by the housing with application of a load from the housing in an axial direction of the rotational shaft; a rolling element disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring; an elastic member disposed on an outer circumferential side of the outer ring so as to come into contact with the housing; and a sliding portion disposed on one end side of the outer ring in the axial direction so as to come into contact with the housing.

The disclosure relates to a centrifugal compressor and a diffuser; the diffuser includes a pressure drive mechanism, a first diffuser part, a second diffuser part and a movable diffuser part movable diffuser part being connected with the pressure drive mechanism and movably arranged on one of the first diffuser part and the second diffuser part; moreover, the movable diffuser part gets close to or leaves away from the other one of the first diffuser part and the second diffuser parts under the action of a pressure medium in the pressure drive mechanism so as to adjust a width of a pressure diffusion flow channel and prevent adverse phenomena such as gas flow stall and surging.
