The pump portion has a rotor. The trap portion is configured such that a reaction product generated from gas guided to an internal space from the exhaust port of the first vacuum pump by suction by the pump portion is accumulated thereon.
VACUUM PUMP AND ELECTROMAGNET UNIT USED FOR VACUUM PUMP
An electromagnet unit in which influence of a noise on a displacement sensor is suppressed and which can be installed in a space-saving manner and a vacuum pump including the electromagnet unit are provided. An electromagnet unit includes a radial electromagnet which controls a shaft to a predetermined position, a radial sensor which detects a position of the shaft, and a printed board interposed between the radial electromagnet and the radial sensor and on which a wiring pattern for sensor connecting coils of the corresponding two radial sensors to each other and a wiring pattern connecting coils of the corresponding two radial electromagnets to each other are provided. The wiring pattern for sensor and the wiring pattern for electromagnet are disposed so as not to overlap when seen from the axial direction.
VACUUM PUMP
A vacuum pump includes a housing, a rotor cylindrical portion, and a stator cylindrical portion. The housing has an inlet port for sucking gas and an outlet port for discharging the sucked gas. The rotor cylindrical portion is housed in the housing. The stator cylindrical portion is housed in the housing, and is arranged to face the rotor cylindrical portion. A screw groove is formed on one of opposing surfaces of the stator cylindrical portion and the rotor cylindrical portion. The groove depth D of the screw groove is smaller at an end on an exhaust side than at an end on a suction side. The decrement of the groove depth D is greater on the suction side than on the exhaust side.
Vacuum pump, and stator component, discharge port, and control means used therein
To provide a vacuum pump suited for removal of a product deposited in a flow path of the vacuum pump, and a stator component, a discharge port, and control means that are used in the vacuum pump. A vacuum pump includes a flow path through which a gas is transferred from an inlet port toward an outlet port and removing means that removes a product deposited on an inner wall surface of the flow path. The removing means has injection holes with one ends opened at the inner wall surface of the flow path and injects the removing gas into the flow path through the injection holes.
Vacuum pump, and blade component, rotor, and stationary blade used therein
A vacuum pump includes a plurality of exhaust stages provided between an inlet port and an exhaust port so as to function as means for exhausting gas molecules, and a number of blades provided between the inlet port and an uppermost exhaust stage of the plurality of exhaust stages so as to rotate together with a rotary blade that constitutes the uppermost exhaust stage as a particle transport stage for transporting particles in an exhaust direction of the gas molecules, the number being smaller than the number of rotary blades that constitutes the uppermost exhaust stage.

A vacuum pump includes a rotor provided with a plurality of rotor blades and a rotor cylinder portion, a driving portion, a bearing, stator blades, a thread groove stator that is disposed downstream of the stator blades and has an inner peripheral surface facing an outer peripheral surface of the rotor cylinder portion, and a heat insulating wall disposed downstream of the thread groove. The heat insulating wall includes a ring-shaped annular portion, and a substantially cylindrical wall portion extending from an inner portion of the annular portion in the radial direction to the upstream side and forming a flow path on the outer peripheral surface side. A first corner portion is formed between an upstream-side surface of the annular portion and the outer peripheral surface of the wall portion, the first corner portion being formed in an arc shape.
Vacuum pump with fiber-reinforced resin cylinder
Provided is a vacuum pump in which the flexing of a rotating cylinder made of a fiber-reinforced resin can be reduced as much as possible to sufficiently reduce the gap between the rotating cylinder and a fixed cylinder, and exhaust performance can thereby be improved to great effect.
