A system and method for detecting faults and optimiz-ing power usage of solenoid valves. The method includes obtaining a current signature of the solenoid coil, using a dedicated circuit to detect various features and using a pulse width modulation controller optimize the power output of the system. Additionally, using machine learning, the system can be optimized using data from the dedicated circuit.

A cuboid hydraulic block of a slip control system of a hydraulic vehicle brake system has a lateral face, an opposite lateral face, at least two long sides, a short side, and an opposite short side. All receptacles for solenoid valves of the slip control system are disposed in the lateral face of the hydraulic block. Receptacles for hydraulic accumulators of the slip control system and connecting bores for a master brake cylinder are disposed in the opposite lateral face of the hydraulic block. Receptacles for hydraulic pumps of the slip control system are disposed in the long sides of the hydraulic block. An electric motor for driving the hydraulic pumps is disposed on the short side of the hydraulic block. Connecting bores for wheel brakes are disposed in the opposite short side of the hydraulic block.

A rotary manifold includes a manifold assembly outer body assembly with a generally toroid outer body, a number of manifold assembly outer body assembly bearing assemblies, a number of seals, and a number of fluid couplings. The manifold assembly outer body assembly body defines a number of radial passages. A generally toroid manifold assembly inner body defines a number of right angle passages. The manifold assembly inner body is rotatably disposed within the manifold assembly outer body assembly body. Each manifold assembly inner body passage inlet is discontinuously in fluid communication with the manifold assembly outer body assembly body passage outlets. Each manifold assembly inner body passage outlet is discontinuously in fluid communication with the process shaft assembly body passages inlets.

A remote wireless hydraulic frame preferably includes a frame member, a frame transceiver, a frame bridge controller and an electro-hydraulic conversion valve. The frame bridge controller receives signals from a cab bridge controller through a cab transceiver and the frame transceiver. The frame member preferably includes a frame support, an engine, a hydraulic pump, at least one electrical component and a plurality of hydraulicly operated components. The electro-hydraulic conversion valve preferably includes a valve block and a plurality of proportioning valves. The plurality of proportioning valves receive a hydraulic electrical signal from a hydraulic control device located in a remote wireless hydraulic cab through the cab bridge controller. Hydraulic fluid is sent from the valve block to a plurality of hydraulic operated components on the frame support. Control electrical signals are also received from the cab bridge controller to operate at least one electrical component on the frame support.

The width of the body is smaller than the size of the pressure gauge in the width direction of the body. The bodies include one or more first bodies and one or more second bodies. The first surface of each first body is attached to the attachment surface. The second surface of each second body is attached to the attachment surface of one of the spacers different from the spacer to which the first body is attached. The first bodies and the second bodies are arranged alternately in the arrangement direction.

A valve arrangement includes a housing arrangement (12), (18), a first spool valve (1a, 1b) having a first spool (3a, 3b) and a second spool valve (2a, 2b) having a second spool (4a, 4b), wherein the first spool valve (1a, 1b) and the second spool valve (2a, 2b) each includes a supply channel arrangement having a pump channel (5) and a tank channel (6), and a working port arrangement having two working ports (8, 9), wherein the spools (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) control a flow path between the supply channel arrangement (5, 6) and the working port arrangements (7, 8). In such a valve arrangement, it should be possible to simply adapt the control behaviour to different purposes. To this end, the working port arrangement (7, 8) is arranged in a flange (16a, 16b) connected to the housing arrangement (13, 14; 19, 20).

At least one outlet port is attached to the mounting panel, the at least one outlet port to output the process fluid from the mounting panel.
