The disclosure relates to a method for reducing unwanted vibrations in a friction brake. The friction brake has at least one friction surface and at least one brake lining associated with the friction surface. The method comprises the following steps: a) pressing the brake lining against the friction surface with a clamping force in order to convert a braking request into a braking force; and b) modulating a temporal fluctuation onto the clamping force in order to avoid or reduce the unwanted vibrations. A corresponding braking system together with the associated program code is also disclosed.

The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicle accessories, and particularly provides a brake for a vehicle and a vehicle. The disclosure aims at solving the problem that existing brakes for a vehicle usually cannot overcome low-frequency stubborn noise generated by a caliper structure in the brake in a braking process. For this purpose, the brake for a vehicle according to the disclosure comprises a first caliper body and a second caliper body, wherein the first caliper body and the second caliper body are provided with a first friction disc and a second friction disc respectively, a brake disc is arranged between the first friction disc and the second friction disc, and the first friction disc and the second friction disc are each further provided with at least one mass block, so as to quickly reduce low-frequency operating noise of the brake, thereby fundamentally eliminating braking noise, and then solving the problem that the existing brakes for a vehicle usually cannot overcome low-frequency stubborn noise generated by a caliper structure in the brake in a braking process.

Bicycle caliper

The disclosure provides a bicycle caliper including a casing assembly and a plurality of pistons. The casing assembly has a first fluid inlet, a second fluid inlet, a first fluid channel, a plurality of piston chambers, and a second fluid channel. The first fluid channel has a first connection opening and a second connection opening opposite to each other. The first connection opening and the second connection opening of the first fluid channel are respectively in fluid communication with the first fluid inlet and the second fluid inlet. The first fluid channel penetrates through the piston chambers. Two opposite openings of the second fluid channel are respectively in fluid communication with the first connection opening and the second connection opening of the first fluid channel, and the second fluid channel does not penetrate through the piston chambers. The pistons are respectively and movably disposed in the piston chambers.

Two friction members that are adjacent to each other are taken as a pair, and the back board is fastened to each of the pairs of friction members. In each pair of friction members, the two friction members are arranged along the circumferential direction of the brake disk.
