Walk-behind tractor with increased ground clearance
A walk-behind tractor has an increased ground clearance to define a plant receiving space that has a greater height than a conventional walk-behind tractor having a straight axle. The walk-behind tractor has trailing drop arms from a frame that carry wheel axles that result in an elevated height of a driveshaft. The elevated driveshaft increases the ground clearance for taller plants to pass therebeneath during operation of the walk-behind tractor which would otherwise be too tall to pass below a conventional straight axle walk-behind tractor.
Camera assembly and assembling method thereof
A camera assembly includes a motor configured to generate a driving power; a motor shaft that extends from the motor, such as to define a first axis, and is configured to rotate by the driving power of the motor; a pulley configured to rotate on a second axis, that is spaced from the first axis, according to rotation of the motor shaft; a belt configured to couple the motor shaft and the pulley, and convert the rotation of the motor shaft to rotation of the pulley, and tension of the belt applies a force to the motor shaft in a direction towards the second axis; a camera module configured to be mounted on the pulley and rotate together with the pulley; and an elastic body configured to apply a biasing force to the motor shaft such as to bias the motor shaft in a direction away from the second axis.
Variable force tensioner arm with cap disk spring
A stack of disk springs are placed between a second piston of a dual hydraulic variable force tensioner system and a hydraulic tensioner arm to allow much higher spring rates if desired. The springs may be stacked in multiple configurations to provide different spring rates. Package space can be reduced depending on the number of springs and orientations of said springs within the tensioner arm.
HYBRID POWERTRAIN SYSTEM
A powertrain system is described, and includes an internal combustion engine including a crankshaft and an electric machine including a rotatable shaft, wherein the rotatable shaft is coupled to a motor pulley. A torque converter includes an impeller and a pump, wherein the pump is coupled to an outer sheave. An off-axis mechanical drive system includes the outer sheave of the torque converter rotatably coupled to the motor pulley of the electric machine. The electric machine is coupled to the pump of the torque converter via the off-axis mechanical drive system, and the crankshaft is coupled to the pump of the torque converter via a clutch.
Motorcycle Having a Tensioning Device for Tensioning a Pulling Member, and Tensioning Device for a Motorcycle
A motorcycle with a swing arm element pivotably coupled to a holding element of the motorcycle via a rotary bearing is provided with a tensioning element. The motorcycle also includes a pulling member which engages two gear elements which are each spaced from the rotary bearing in a torque-transmitting manner. The first gear element is rotatably mounted separately from the swing arm element, and the second gear element is rotatably mounted on the swing arm element. The tensioning device for tensioning the pulling member is mounted rotatably and/or in an axially displaceable manner relative to the two gear elements on the swing arm element or on a frame of the motorcycle. The tensioning device includes at least two levers pivotable relative to one another, and a tensioning element which biases the levers against the pulling member to maintain consistent tension in the pulling member.
ENDLESS DRIVE ARRANGEMENT WITH TENSIONING SYSTEM AND ISOLATION DEVICE
In an aspect, a system is provided for controlling tension in an endless drive member, and including an isolation device and a tensioning system. The isolation device is positioned on an accessory drive shaft and has a pulley and a biasing member to transfer force from the pulley to the accessory drive shaft. The isolation device pulley is engaged with the endless drive member, such that a first span of the endless drive member is on a first side of the isolation device pulley and a second span of the endless drive member is on a second side of the isolation device pulley. The tensioning system has a first tensioner pulley engaged with the first span and a second tensioner pulley engaged with the second span. The first and second tensioner pulleys are urged by first and second tensioner pulley biasing forces towards the first and second spans respectively.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING BELT WEAR IN A BELT DRIVE
A method for determining belt wear in a belt drive, wherein the belt is loaded with a defined torque and the rotation angle of a pulley is determined.
DRIVE CHAIN TENSIONER ASSEMBLY
A drive chain tensioner assembly for all-terrain and utility vehicles, wherein the drive chain tensioner provides a tension spring between the axis of rotation and a distal portion of a mounting bracket, wherein the mounting bracket and tension spring are coplanar. The proximal portion of the mounting bracket is rotatably connected about a second pivot point spaced apart from a first pivot point associated with the axis of rotation by way of a tension arm. A bracket head may interconnect the second pivot point and the mounting bracket. The tension spring and second pivot point affords the present invention with functional self-adjustability as a result of the foregoing.
Variable force tensioner with internal reservoir technology primary bore
A variable force tensioner (VFT) system that includes a primary piston split into two chambers disposed within a primary bore. The two chambers including a first low pressure chamber having a primary reservoir therein that feeds fluid through a check valve into a second high pressure chamber to control a biasing force on the primary piston. A piston bore clearance path can extend along a groove in the primary bore to feed oil back to the primary reservoir from the high pressure chamber.
